Pros:

Hôtel très agréable dans un quartier un peu excentré mais calme. ( Le centre historique est à 15mn à pied). Excellent accueil et très belle chambre (nous avions une suite avec terrasse).
Engagement écologique très appréciable.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité mais en quantité insuffisante. Pour le prix (20€) nous aurions aimé au moins un jus de fruits frais.
Le shampooing solide est à déconseiller pour les cheveux secs !

„Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal und ein gutes Frühstück stehen deutlichen Mängeln bei Sauberkeit, Bettenkomfort un
Pros:

Das Hotel punktet vor allem mit seiner zentralen Lage – die Altstadt und die Innenstadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück stört das Konzept: Es ist rein vegetarisch und muss bereits am Vortag aus drei vorgegebenen Optionen gewählt werden. Ein Buffet mit freier Auswahl am Morgen hätte ich deutlich bevorzugt – bei der gebotenen Qualität wäre das ein echter Gewinn.
Bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung hat mich das Haus dagegen enttäuscht. Die Reinigung war nur mittelmäßig: Im Zimmer fanden sich Haare, unter der Matratze lagen originalverpackte Kondome früherer Gäste. Das spricht dafür, dass zwischen den Aufenthalten nicht gründlich genug gearbeitet wird.
Die Betten bieten wenig Komfort, ein Lattenrost fehlt. Hinzu kommt, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind und auch von der Umgebung deutlicher Lärm hereindringt – erholsamer Schlaf sieht anders aus. Das Öko-Konzept wird konsequent durchgezogen, ging mir aber an einigen Stellen zu weit: Statt Duschgel und Shampoo gab es im Bad nur Tabletten, die man vor der Benutzung erst zerreiben muss.
Fazit: Lage, Service und Frühstücksqualität stimmen, bei Sauberkeit, Betten und Lärmschutz besteht dagegen klarer Nachholbedarf. Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus habe ich mehr erwartet.
