Gone in 60 seconds!
Pros:

Nothing, you should remove this horrible hole of a hotel from your website. Both swimming pools had NO WATER, and the foot pool was green!

Cons:

No water in the swimming pools. The place was empty as like many other disappointed guests that went before us we checked out and left immediately. We had to go and find alternative accommodation that afternoon. Also the hotel is quite literally in the middle of nowhere! All we can think is that the owner relies on people parting with their money up front and pocketing it the keep the place going. I actually felt sorry for the staff having to front this almost derelict run down dump! It was unbelievably disappointing to be missold like this.

BE WARNED, THIS IS NOT 4-STAR BY ANY STANDARDS. So many problems.
Pros:

I liked the beautiful view overlooking the ocean.

Cons:

The first room had many, many ants everywhere so they had to move me. The beds have sheets only, no blankets and I've never been on a more cheap and hard mattress. Internet would not work in the room so I had to go outside and get bit up by mosquitoes for signal. They literally have lamps next to the beds with no plugs for the lamps or your electronics. Ordered food for 3 people and they delivered (no exaggeration) well over an hour later. Always many things missing from the menu. I ordered something from the menu, then afterwards, they sold the last one before they delivered to me. They'll bring your food to the room, but forget the drinks or to give you napkins or utensils. Water heater doesn't work in the shower, so they just unplugged it and low water pressure too. Advertised as having multiple pools but there's only one and the other ones look like it hasn't worked in a long time. Staff/ownership doesn't seem to care to get things right, at all, but they come off as friendly. Save your money, it's just bad.

Expectations Vs Reality
Pros:

Staff members were very polite and approachable.

Cons:

The bed had a huge dip in the middle. Big hole where the fan should be in the bathroom, allowing mosquitos to swarm the room. Expensive meals compared to the rest of the island. Shame really.

Pros:

Le staff a été très gentil mais l’hôtel n’est plus comme sur les photos, toute une partie est abandonnée et délabrée, la piscine et la pataugeoire ne sont pas du tout entretenus et le restaurant propose de la mauvaise nourriture. Je le répète le staff a été super avec nous et la vie est superbe MAIS l’hôtel est à moitié abandonné et des odeurs nauséabondes sont aussi de la partie comme sur une bonne partie de l’île, les chambres sont insonorisées aussi.
L’hôtel n’est pas à fuir mais les photos ne sont pas conformes.
Nous avons tout de même fait de belles rencontres là bas.

Pros:

The staff was so accommodating and kind and so attentive. The owner's dog, Nila, won over my son and us and we want to return just to see how she's grown. It feels like staying with family when you stay here. They also had mopeds for us to rent and were so easy going it made it so much fun. There are so many spots to jump off of into the ocean, and also stairs that are very well maintained.

Pros:

Дуже сподобалось розташування, на березі моря, де є місця для снорклінгу.
Номер зручний, ресторан є на території комплексу, також є сервіси з оренді байків та праски речей.
Поруч в 20 хв на байку є мальовничі пляжі.
З парому є місцеві шофери котрі довезуть до готеля.

Cons:

Комплект потребую косметичного ремонту також та апартаменти.

The property was not well maintained.

Poor service. Staffs not hospitable. Showe and heater not working. Swimming pool not clean and is using seawater. Dogs roaming all over the property.

La vue et la chambre. Avec le scooter facile d'accès

Le restaurant est infâme et cher. La responsable n'a pas l'honnêteté de reconnaître la mauvaise qualité des produits qu'elle propose. Que du congelé !!!

The rooms with two double beds are way better and more updated than the twin rooms. The lobby and walking areas are super chill and comfortable, and having a private path straight to the reef shore is a huge plus. Also, the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful

Cons:

The twin room was a letdown, the bathroom was rusty, water pressure was weak, and we had no hot water on the first day. There are no screens on the bathroom vents, so mosquitoes kept getting in, and the pool was out of service. Also, the location is pretty isolated with no restaurants nearby, and the hotel food is way too expensive for what it is

Pros:

This hotel had the most kind and helpful team of staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to ensure their guests were well looked after. The hotel has a beautiful location and view. The food and rooms are lovely and we hope to return one day.
