Easy check in and out nice staff weird smell
Pros:

It was nice and the staff was really good

Cons:

There was a smell throughout the hotel that was also in the rooms. Didn’t ruin my stay but it wasn’t my favorite.

I felt very comfortable and safe. I will definitely come back!
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable bed, modern decor, coffee/tea available , great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

I had a room that adjoined with the room next to me. No problem with the locks on the door, but unfortunately, it was not sound proof. I could hear the guests talking. I'm glad I had earplugs.

A Tru Disappointment.
Cons:

They left me in a dirty room for 4 nights after requesting full service housekeeping each day. The only thing I got was an apology and on day 3, an offer to move into a clean room. At that point I did not have time to pack up and move. This was the worst experience I ever had with Tru by Hilton and I would not recommend this location. The staff is terrible and housekeeping is disgraceful.
