Pros:

The place is great and a quiet area

Cons:

The staff and the fat that is a 5 starts hotel and there aren’t 5 starts service besides the fact that they do an all-inclusive service wich need reservations otherwise you might end up without dinner..

Definitely not going back to this hotel.
Pros:

Food was v poor and not up to standard for a supposedly 5* hotel. V basic food like a 3.5* hotel. Most days food were inedible esp during dinner. We had to change to different restaurants as tapas was so poor.

Cons:

Food and cocktails were v bad.

Exceptional stay — truly exceeded expectations
Pros:

We had an exceptional stay during our honeymoon and were extremely happy with our experience. The service was outstanding, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were beautiful and impeccably maintained. The food was excellent with great variety and quality, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The spa was exceptional. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Relaxing and lovely stay.
Pros:

Large and comfortable modern room. Beautiful outdoor spaces and excellent location near shops and restaurants. Great beach setup with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas along either side several pools.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Fabulous , perfect room, amazing view spotless private beach
Pros:

The bed was amazing we had a wonderful sleep , the bathroom was enormous and spotlessly clean, the white company products were an added bonus, the suite overlooked the ocean in the new block, ( highly recommend opting for this section of the hotel as its newer ) dinner in ORO was fantastic

Cons:

Queuing for 15 mins for a table for a buffet breakfast when there are tables free seemed a very strange system but heyho. Otherwise I was a little agitated that I emailed ahead and also completed the check in data sheet to confirm I was both gluten and dairy free yet there were no dairy free options for breakfast ( other than soya and oat milk for my tea ) no plant based butter or yoghurt or anything of that nature and it took 25 mins to get 2 soggy defrosted slices of gluten free bread, there were no other parties or rolls or anything to choose from. In 2025 there are so many people who follow dietary restrictions so this hotel needs to up its game in this regard. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. We were very spoiled.
Pros:

The staff were all excellent. Always polite, friendly, smiley, efficient.
Some meals were buffet and some full service, a good balance. very good choice. 3 locations for meals.
Room very good. And the maid was very good.
Plenty of loungers with umbrellas.
Pools good.
We loved swimming in the waves off the beach, but it was too rough for many guests.

Cons:

A better changing room facility on the ground floor would be good.
The evening turn down service in the room was very strange. Why not just make the bed normally in the morning.

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is great if you want peace and quiet; it’s not near too many other resorts. There are clubs nearby, outdoor which allows you to enjoy the outdoor air and environment. You have to take a taxi to go from the resort to downtown or walk maybe quarter a mile to bus transportation, which was easy to use.

Ładna plaża przy hotelu. Drinki z dobrej jakości markowych alkoholi.

Cons:

Room service niestety nie funkcjonował. Pokój został posprzątany i ręczniki wymienione w ostatnim dniu przed odlotem. Zeschnięte ciasto powitalne stało na stole do ostatniego dnia, kosze pełne przez cały nasz pobyt, ręczniki nie wymienione, mimo że zgodnie z standardem leżały na podłodze co jest sygnałem dla personelu o konieczności wymiany. Łazienka nie domyta co widać na zdjęciu z toaletą. Jaccuzi również niestety brudne. All inclusive bardzo ubogie tylko a'la carte. Między posiłkami tylko zimne kanapki w lodówce, owoce i jogurty. Jedynie napojów było pod dostatkiem. Personel w większości robił wszystko jakby na siłę i za karę ! Nikt nie sprzątał na plaży ani wokół hotelu. Leżaki porozrzucane byle jak. To samo z fotelami i stolikami w restauracji, która była w drugim budynku. Obsługi dużo ale nikt nic nie robił poza wyjątkami. Wszyscy stali znudzeni jakby za karę. W barze przy basenie bałagan i nie posprzątane skrzynki i kartony. Psuło to bardzo atmosferę obiecanego luksusu. Na szczęście były dwie Panie, które były bardzo sympatyczne i pomocne. Niestety reszta moim zdaniem dużo poniżej oczekiwań w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym. Mam porównanie z innymi luksusowymi hotelami na całym świecie ponieważ dużo podróżuję. Ten hotel zasługuje raczej na trzy, może na siłę cztery gwiazdki.
Manager hotelu jak widać bardzo słaby. No i zdecydowanie za drogo jak na taki standard hotelu...

Je reviendrais c’était très agréable.
Pros:

Le personnel très à l’écoute et disponible.
La chambre très spacieuse et confortable. La salle de bain bien grande et moderne. Le minibar bien rempli. Les couleurs très peps. Le repas toujours très bon. Le spa excellent.

Les dames de la réception pas très avenante ni souriante.
