Everything! This hotels was one of the best places we have stayed. Staff was amazing, Dwayne the bar man was so lovely thanks again!

Large and comfortable modern room. Beautiful outdoor spaces and excellent location near shops and restaurants. Great beach setup with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas along either side several pools.

The bed was amazing we had a wonderful sleep , the bathroom was enormous and spotlessly clean, the white company products were an added bonus, the suite overlooked the ocean in the new block, ( highly recommend opting for this section of the hotel as its newer ) dinner in ORO was fantastic

The staff were all excellent. Always polite, friendly, smiley, efficient.
Some meals were buffet and some full service, a good balance. very good choice. 3 locations for meals.
Room very good. And the maid was very good.
Plenty of loungers with umbrellas.
Pools good.
We loved swimming in the waves off the beach, but it was too rough for many guests.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is great if you want peace and quiet; it’s not near too many other resorts. There are clubs nearby, outdoor which allows you to enjoy the outdoor air and environment. You have to take a taxi to go from the resort to downtown or walk maybe quarter a mile to bus transportation, which was easy to use.

Oceanfront room decor was great! Wristband double as room key. Turndown service inconsistent & liquor in room could be tailored to guess preference. Beach should be clean more frequently. Needs entertainment. Snacks are readily available. Ice cream shop would've been nice.

Overall the hotel is lovely. I stayed here previously and they've added several new things, most notably the adult only side which is great. I think the overall decor, staff, location, and amenities are good. I didn't try the gym so can't comment on this. The staff are really exceptional and I'm really pleased with how they go above and beyond to deliver great customer service. It's easy access to nearby Dover Beach, but if you walk you can meet Worthington Beach and all other beaches along the way to Bridgetown.

Had an amazing stay! Beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and stunning ocean views at the beach located just a short free shuttle ride from the property. Perfect place to relax—highly recommend!

Very nice, clean property with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Meals and drinks were all good at the restaurants and bars. Always ample seating at the pools, beach, and bars. Children at the resort were so well-behaved. We liked the beach, but we were very disappointed that it wasn't a particularly swimmable area. Sargassum seaweed, rough surf, broken coral, and rocks prevented us from going in the water. We went over to the Caribbean side, and it was absolutely beautiful, and we were able to swim in the calm, clear water.
