The property is not 3 minutes drive the masjid Al haram. We change two buses to get to the mosque. It is over 30 minutes drive. The property is located near minna
Very good hotel with very reasonable price.Clean & comfortable. Don't have microwave in room to heat up food which is inconvenient. Also
should keep 24hrs cafeteria to provide food to room service
It was good experience but the only thing is haram is little bit far every time i go to haram i have to pay 40 SAR average bcz transportation service takes time if you have enough time then no issues,view was good from restaurant,buffet was good in 25 SAR .

You probably already know it's a bit outside. Slight inconvenience, i found myself going for every two prayers together: duhr staying till asr, or maghrib staying till ishaa. Didn't make sense to go for a single prayer and come back.
The shuttle service is serious and very proud of their work. The run around the clock, multiple buses, one after the other. They do it pretty well, it's just that sometimes traffic or traffic police set hurdles in their way.
The building is also massive, 4 towers side by side. Massive. Very professional and understanding. Clean lobby and common areas.
Staff are cooperative and shopping centers are close to the hotel.
The room had a pile of hair on the arm chair and the shower head by the toilet had bowel on it. I wiped this with a sanitizer. The room was not cleaned during my stay and I suspect it was not cleaned before I came. The hotel offers free transport to and from the masjid which is really kind, however, timing is not clear and I spent about an hour waiting to return to the hotel. The team could not understand me clearly when I spoke in English. They need staff who can communicate clearly in English or they should not offer the hotel to non arab speakers. The area surrounding the hotel was dirty and there was limited access to restaurants. I have pictures to share as evidence.
I was very impressed with the services and quality of this hotel, bearing in mind the size of it too. For the price paid, this was a wonderful experience.

Great friendly staff
No one to clean the room, no service even no drinking water. You have to buy the water either from the hotel or outside. Had to call 6-7 time just to het some towels. Nobody speaks English only arabic.
Our stay was very comfortable. Room was very clean .
Nice room. Buses to Haram were available but it was difficult to take them after tarawih prayer although I took them during the rest of the day. No room service to clean the room was automatically available, may be I would have needed to request them but I didn't.
