It was not up to my expectation.
Pros:

The staff was friendly even though there was communication gap.
The technician was very friendly and willing to assist all the time.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned. The dustbin was having trash in it. As if the room was not used for a long time.
I stayed longer than I booked for but the Hotel could not provide toiletries. I has to beg for it.
The internet was off throughout my stay.

Espacio cómodo con buena ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación, tiene cocina y muy cerca de un supermercado. El espacio es cómodo y muy cerca de Galataport

Cons:

Los pequeños detalles como que al principio no tuve agua caliente y los trastes estaban sucios.

Alles war ekelhaft in so einem unhygienischem Hotel war ich noch nie, erste Nacht angekommen Schlüssel bleibt in der Tür stecken, danach zweites Zimmer mein Bett war komplett kaputt, drittes Zimmer war es nur noch ekelhaft hinter den Bildern ist Schimmel die Zimmer werden nicht gescheit gereinigt überall Flecken im Bad hat es nach Chemie gestunken überall Rostflecken, überall noch Haare von vorherigen Gästen einfach nur ekelhaft und abartig.

Stambul beautiful- port hotel worst stay experience ever had across whole globe

Very dirty, stickt floor, leaking shower, dirty bathroom, cold water, room smells mouldy. Kitchen stuff rusty.

Bon preu, pero poc cuida't

Esta ben situat.
Llit còmode.

Cons:

Esta brut.
El paper de vàter no el van cambiar dels ultims clients.
No sortia aigua calenta.
Les cortines no tapaven tota la finestra.
I els treballadors bastsnt bordes.

Нечего. Все плохо очень!

Cons:

Все не понравилось. Звукоизоляции нет вообще. В ванной комнате течет из всего. На пару дали два маленьких полотенца для рук, грязные оба. Парковки нет! Это был кошмар. Те, кто писал положительные отзывы-пид....сы!

The most disappointing hotel I've ever seen...

The location was great

Cons:

The girl at the reception did not show any respect as a hotel customer. When we entered the room we had reserved, the room we got had nothing to do with the photos we went to book on booking. The towels were missing. The ones they brought were stained as if they had not been washed at all. The environment was damp everywhere and many of the equipment were not functional. The door was a problem and could hardly be closed. The bathroom smelled unpleasant as if it had not been cleaned. The curtains were short and we were afraid that we would be seen from the outside. The sheets were also stained... And many, many other things that I can't remember now. In short, a very disappointing hotel both in terms of the staff and the room environment. I will never make a reservation at this hotel again....
