Pros:

The hotel is in the best location in the old part of Batumi. The staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist when we checked out. A very quiet, clean and relaxing environment that will always remain in our minds.

The hotel was worth its price
Pros:

- staff friendly and cooperative--I asked for payment options which were more convenient for me, and the issue was kindly resolved
- safe lockers for documents and valuables are available

Cons:

- buckwheat and mashed potatoes for breakfast isn't quite what you expect to see in a hotel on your vacations
- the room was not cleaned properly before the check-in, and during the stay the quality of cleaning was far from ideal

Un hôtel bien situé
Pros:

La situation dans le vieux batoumi. La qualité de la literie. La propreté. La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La moquette est un peu défraîchie et la machine a café du petit déjeuner un peu poussive. Sinon rien de grave.

מיקום מצויין, חדר יחסית גדול עם מרפסת נחמדה. זרם במקלחת מעולה. מישהו נמצא בקבלה 24 שעות ביממה. עובדים נחמדים.

ארוחת בוקר סבירה מינוס. הוויפי לא עבד כשהגענו אבל תיקנו את זה בבוקר למחרת.
