Can’t go wrong staying here.
Pros:

Great location to train station, downtown Sanford and many restaurants. Great breakfast!

7 hour power outage while businesses next door had power. Unwilling to discount stay. Elevator not working.

Pros:

The shower (no tub) with a curved glass door was great. The curtains really blocked out the light, but the bathroom had a light in an outlet so you can still see.

Very nice hotel with very nice amenities are friendly staff
Pros:

Sliding door to the bathroom design is dangerous. My son nearly crushed his hand twice because it just seems like you should grab onto the handle to shut it not realizing that as you shut the door it will crush your hand

It's the safety issue with the bathroom door

Noisy stay
Pros:

The only complaint we had was that it was very noisy. A group of kids came in late and were making a very loud racket for 20 min at least about 10:30 pm. We called the front desk twice but they said there was nothing they could do. I would think someone could have come up to the third floor and told them to be quiet. I'm sure everyone else on the floor heard them, too. Very irritating!
