громным сюрпризом стал отдельный новогодний фуршет!
Pros:

Отдыхали здесь в начале месяца, и это было одно из лучших решений. С самого порога чувствуется забота о гостях: встретили с улыбкой, заселили раньше времени без лишних вопросов. В номере идеальная чистота, мебель свежая, а постель просто облако — выспались на неделю вперед. Отель очень уютный, номера чистые и современные, но главное — это внимание к деталям.

Pros:

If you want a hotel with large family rooms, this is it. The kids had their own room with proper beds.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is not much on walking distance from the hotel so you do need to take a taxi for everything.

Excellent experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during the New Year holiday and truly enjoyed our time there. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and new dishes every day. We also appreciated the complimentary fruit, which was a lovely touch. Everything was very clean throughout the hotel. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next stay

I traveled from England with my family to stay at this hotel, and it gave us wonderful memories and excellent service. M

The hotel was excellent—very clean, stylish, and well maintained. The management was extremely kind and professional. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided outstanding service.
The breakfast service was excellent with a wide variety of options. Every day there were different breakfast choices, all very fresh and delicious. During the several days I stayed there, I never saw the same breakfast repeated. Everything was served with very high quality.

I have traveled to many countries, and I have rarely seen a hotel with this level of cleanliness and quality. Instead of a score of 10 out of 10, this hotel deserves 100. The service, cleanliness, and room standards were truly comparable to a 10-star hotel

Отличный недорогой отель
Pros:

Проживали в данном отеле с 27.12.2025 по 03.01.2026. Пребывание в отеле оставило только положительные эмоции.
1. Местоположение. Не очень близко от центра. До Площади Республики минут 15 на такси (с учетом пробок). Такси дешевое и поездка выходит 1300 - 2200 драм, в зависимости от тарифа Яндекс такси (4-6$). Удобно добираться до аэропорта. К сожалению рядом нет крупных магазинов, ТЦ, ресторанов. Но с учетом стоимости такси - это не проблема.
Если окна номера выходят во двор, то в ясную погоду из номеров шикарный вид на гору Арагац.
2. Номера. Достаточно свежий ремонт. Удобные кровати. Хорошая климатическая система. Современная сантехника. Минус один: в нашем номере окна не плотно прилегали к рамам. Не критично.
3. Персонал. Самая сильная сторона отеля🥰. Такое ощущение что приехали к родственникам, а не в отель. Все - директор, администраторы горничные - все стараются чем-то помочь. Адмистраторы всегда хотят чем-то угостить гостей. Все моментально отзываются на любую просьбу. Вы супер!
4. Питание. Бывают порционные завтраки. Бывает шведский стол с хорошим выбором блюд. В отеле есть ресторан, где доступен предварииельный заказ блюд по меню. Цены невысокие.

На новый год персонал отеля устроил для гостей праздник. Шампанское, вино, фрукты, сладости. Конечно же не обошлось без прекрасной армянской музыки и танцев🥰

Однозначно рекомендую данный отель!

Pros:

All the staff were extremely kind. Despite the huge delay of our flight, they arranged the hotel transfer for us after midnight with no issues. The staff speak excellent English and communication was flawless. I highly recommend staying here.
