The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just 2 km from the railway station. Having the Molecule Lounge and Bar on the top floor is an added advantage.
The staff is very helpful. Special thanks to Annie, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Since we had a train in the late evening, she arranged a late checkout for us, which was truly appreciated.
Mr. Amit in the cafeteria is extremely helpful and attentive. He managed guests’ needs single-handedly with great efficiency. He was prompt, responsive, and ensured every request was fulfilled with courtesy.
I opted for the suite room considering my family’s comfort, but I was a bit disappointed with the issues I faced despite paying a premium amount. No welcome drink or even water was offered at the time of check-in, which was unexpected. The TV screen in the living room was broken and therefore unusable, and the TV in the bedroom was not a smart TV, so I couldn’t connect to Netflix or Amazon Prime. Additionally, the room service was not up to the mark, as they provided an electric iron instead of a steam iron. There was also a strong foul smell in the room; although the staff tried to address it with a room freshener, it did not fully resolve the issue.

The room, bed linen, restaurant, food, staff .......
All was good.....
They gave priority to their own booked guests rather than booked by booking.com.
We were waiting for parking our car atleast 1 house till their guests parked their vehicles.
Till then their one of the driver parked my car in nearby building basement & we were waiting there at least one hour

Everything looked perfect—a designated valet for parking, impeccable English, fragrant incense, shining surfaces, luxury, and elegance.
And yet, shortly before our arrival, love happened in our room.
Traces of this love were in the trash bin, in the bathtub—everywhere. It certainly made an impression, and we requested a room change.
The replacement room was noticeably worse, adding another layer of surprise. The staff didn’t bother to apologize or smooth things over:
“So what? What’s the big deal? We’ll clean it up. Yes, the new room is worse, but we have many guests like you, and there’s nothing else available. Maybe tomorrow we’ll move you again.”
What this experience says about the hotel:
• There is no incident management.
• There is no skill in handling and resolving guest concerns.
I wish love for everyone, but its remnants should never be part of a guest’s stay.
And I sincerely hope the hotel learns how to clean rooms and handle incidents—because that’s essential.
