Excelente
Pros:

El hotel tiene la ubicación perfecta. Está a 15 minutos de embarcadero y el centro. Súper limpio y camas muy cómodas. El desayuno es muy rico y variado. El personal es muy amable todo el tiempo. Bean el chico de recepción muy agradable. Sin duda para volver.

Exceptional place to stay with so many perks!
Pros:

Everything! We liked, mostly, how helpful, outgoing, and friendly the staff were. The rooms were nicely done up and clean! The breakfast was amazing. The location was great too!

Fantastic would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Comfortable, very clean. Warm welcome and accommodating hosts. Great breakfast spread, and the location was perfect for us- close but not too close to the old town- ideal for a short walk back after dinner.

Lage ruhig...Bitte bucht das Zimmer mit Blick über die Reisfelder...es lohnt sich! 10 Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt...dafür ruhig gelegen.
Das Hotel bietet alte Leihfahrräder kostenfrei an mit denen man durch die Reisfelder zum Strand fahren kann...sollte man unbedingt machen...aber Achtung, die Räder sind nur bedingt fahrtauglich!!!

Cons:

Wir hatten die sog. JUNIOR SUITE mit Blick über die Reisfelder gebucht, welches wir auch wieder machen würden, nur ist das ein normales Zimmer mit ca. 16 m2...wie alle anderen Zimmer ohne Blick über die Reisfelder!!!

Pros:

The boss is very kind and consideration. The accommodation is so comfortable and cozy.. She also recommend nice spot shop for me. The breakfast is amazing. In such a small bar, but the foods have many choices .

Staff were extremely helpful & friendly, which helped us spend more time enjoying the city. Fresh towels every day as well as clean room, with great view and the shower had amazing pressure- would stay here again if we were in town

Good sleep and good service
Pros:

Le staff était aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux et surtout on tellement bien dormi qu’on partait le matin en grande forme. Vélos dispo pour la plage 15m ou le centre ville 5min. On recommande vivement cet Homestay qui est plus un boutique hôtel.

Excellent stay, super comfortable bed
Pros:

We loved our stay! It was one of our favorite places in Vietnam!
The room was clean and very comfortable, the most comfortable bed we had during our trip. The atmosphere was quiet, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. Special shout-out to the omelette lady - she made our mornings even better!
