Good hotel and personnel
The interior of the rooms looked very good.
The hotel is a refurbished office building, so there are windows that can open (but are disabled for safety) which means the rooms are not soundproofed from the street noise - one of the windows was a bit loose, so sound easily came through. We had a lot of noise (level 16) from the street, so we had a free upgrade to level 21 which was much quieter, but you could still hear some street noise. Closing the curtains helped. There is a massive light display on the front of the building (the side we stayed on), and the bright string of lights is actually running around the INSIDE edge of the room windows! There is no hiding from that bright red flashing light at night until about after 10pm when the city's show-lighting gets turned off. The air was very dry, the aircon could be a lot better.
Clean and comfortable wide room. The staff was very polite and breakfast very good.
Only drawback is that the gym is very small.

Everything in the hotel is new and modern.
Environments are quite clean.
The breakfast started at 6:30am however, the preparation was not perfect at the time of 6:30.

Outstanding new hotel: beautiful rooms, great value!
I have arrived in the evening. First point - the receptionist did not speak English but she did tried her best with a translator so I guess thats fine. Second point - noone helped us with our luggage. Third point - hotel room is quite nice but the smell is not. It really stinks here. I am not sure where is this coming from - toilet? Maybe someone smoked in here before me?
4th and most important point - it's boiling hot in here. I have turned on the ac (which is really loud) to the lowest level and temperature instead of dropping actually went up by 1 degree! It's 26 degrees inside - its impossible to relax in such high temp. I called the concierge and they came in and opened one window, did not show any interest in fixing the ac. The floor in bathroom is heated and it's impossible to turn it off either . So most important points to improve is the room smell and the ac ! This is rated 5 stars and as for the experience I would give it max 2 stars.
