Pleasant Stay at Novotel La Gombe
Pros:

Excelletn location, can see the Congo river frm the hotel, small lobby - can do quick meetings. very convenient to go around considering the traffic in Kinshasa. very neat and clean rooms. very friendly staff, house keeping service wasnt that great (either they forget to replace the towels or toiletries or drinking water bottles), but very accomodating when we request for any missing items or support. Break fast spread decent - there is something for every one. quality was good. Lunch buffet - limited options but was ok. over all had a pleasant stay.

Pros:

Très génial leurs petits déjeuner... large diversité de la pâtisserie...

Cons:

Faire appel aux services pour se rappeler qu'ils avaient pas disposer des serviettes de douche, des brosse à dents et ni des babouches de douche dans notre chambre.

Des personnes merveilleuses.

Cons:

Le passage au portique de contrôle à l’entrée pour les résidents.
C’est pour notre sécurité c’est vrai mais se faire contrôler à chaque fois que l’on revient, c est un peu embêtant.
S’il y a moyen d’aider les résidents à ne pas se sentir ennuyé se serait le mieux.

Nous avons reservé sur booking quand arrivé il y avait plus notre réservation (la carte ne serait pas passé) hors dans la matinéee nous avions echangé avec le service pour confirmer notre arrivée a l'aeroport. Arrivé sur place il a fallu attendre 2h ( arrivé hotel 20H remise de clé à 22H) pour avoir nos chambres (pour un depart à 5 h du matin pour muanda) vous imaginez notre fatigue
