Clean room. Quick check in. Responsive.

There was no housekeeping during the stay at property. There was no one to welcome at the reception. Terrible experience. We had to use same towels and bedding and toiletries during the stay. I will appreciate of they start house keeping each day. Thanks!

I like convenience everythings and foods

Cons: There were tiny bugs everywhere. Only a washer on the property and there weren’t much to hang clothing to dry and so we had to be inventive with the hangers. There were marks on the walls all over the apartment. The pictures of the apartment we stayed in didn’t match the photos on the website. It was outdated and surfaces didn’t feel clean. Had I have seen the pictures of our apartment, I wouldn’t have booked it.

Pro: location was close to most places but walking is out of the question because the streets weren’t made for walking. Grab was pretty cheap and readily available.

Location is walkable to key attractions in the area.

Property was clean, full equipments with toiletries(pleasantly surprised me, didn’t expect it). Located in district 1 which a very busy district but convenient to travel out.

Convenience

By far the most atrocious/ terrible experience we have ever had.

Our family of 5, booked a 3-bdrm condo here, because they offered 3 queen-size beds. This was important to us. Upon check-in, we were advised by staff that our unit was not available. We were offered 2 separate condos (3-bedrooms total but NOT 3 queen-size beds). Not ideal but no choice.

Never during our stay did they ask for payment.

Upon check out, we were given the OK. We also received an e-mail the same day confirming successful check-out.

FIVE days after check-out, after we had returned to our home country, I received an unexpected message on WhatsAp suggesting that we didn't pay for our stay. I responded that payment and CC info was submitted though Hotels.com and I would review my CC statement for the charge.

In the following days, I received multiple phone calls daily - some at 3:00 - 4:00 am. While attempting to sort out with the CC, I also contacted Hotels.com to assist with the situation because I did not want to engage with the unknown source.

As of January 13, 2025, they has posted photos of my MINOR 8 year old daughter on public Facebook forums (who knows where else) as well as photos of my passport and personal info accusing us of "defrauding" and "embezzling".

This has put my family in danger of identity theft and threatens the safety of my child and family members..

Hotels.com should not condone this behavior. Authorities will be contacted to escalate.

There is luggage storage after checkout if we have many luggages and don’t want to carry with you on a tour. They are very good in communications. Specially, if your flight is delayed, you are eligible to check in anytime even at 3 a.m early morning like us. Even though, our flight was delayed until 3 am, I called them at 3 a.m. morning and they answered the phone to get me check-in the rooms… Great service.

The bedsheets and comforter smell bad all 3 rooms.

Was hard to get towels from owners when requested.

My stay was good overall. The hotel is clean and modern. I wish there was a gym!

Great customer service: responsive and accommodating; good location: near convenient stores, ATM, restaurants and coffee shops; clean and well equipped rooms.

Simple w/o room keeping for 3 days stay. Need to walk to reach convenience stores or food outlets. Will never stay again
