The apartment is well designed, with nice vibes that helped feeling comfortable to stay in, the bed is comfortable although the bedroom was small, the many windows was a good thing for natural light.
Overall my stay was fine I am ok, but there are few things that needs to be taken care of honestly:
Cleanliness needs some improvements it is not cleaned well; especially the floor, the bed sheets and cover, the sofa, and the cooking utensils. Adding some cooking essentials (like oil, pepper, butter maybe.. some basics) would also improve the stay, but there's only salt. One needed to buy everything to cook one meal and that's not convenient.
Windows curtains did not work well in most windows, and it was so hard to adjust/open windows because of that
Although the location is amazing, there's no sound proof and that was not helping at night or early morning, there's a lot of hussle in the street.
I don't think the air refreshment system is working very well, when I checked in there was smoke smell from the previous residents and it stayed for days, also when I cooked the food smell remained heavily there. I had an issue with the air conditioning (or heating system) it both heated hardly and made very loud noises at night, The owner was keen to fixing it but it took them 2 days to respond and act.
Walk-in closet is too small, one average or small travel bag can never fit in, not if you get things out of it as well, I had to keep half of my stuff in my bag as there was no other place to put it in
Landlady doesn't speak English at all (and not even the technician who came to check my issue with the AC) which is a hard communication. If this place is meant to accommodate foreigners, then some common language needs to be there.
Location. Facilities good.
Stairs. The lift was between floors so didn’t help, and I have mobility problems.
