Hotel was quite clean, especially the bathrooms

Cons:

Power was horrible, at 42k per night why should experience power outage that lasts hours? While the room appeared asthetically pleasing, closer look you would see obvious wear and tear and the furniture. the bed was soo uncomfortable.

Well maintained and comfortable hotel. Private so it felt exclusive. Wifi was fast so I got my work done. Food was nice.

Maiden visit to Enugu
Pros:

The ambience of the hotel is definitely tasteful, elegant and speaks to the "boutique" appeal. The staff of the hotel especially Sandra and Miracle at the front desk were particularly a pleasure to work with. She ensured that my stay at the hotel was pleasant with her over and beyond attitude towards my requests.

Cons:

Sadly, one of the things that put me off was a lenient "no smoking" policy the hotel runs. Some guests indulged heavily in smoking in the rooms, and these fumes unfortunately get into the public areas like the hallway and lobby. I immediately complained about this, but I presume it's a little too late for the strict enforcement of this No Smoking policy.

Secondly, the turnaround time in other service deliveries like housekeeping, restaurant, and facility management is way too slow and not in touch with the current hospitality realities. I think improvements must be made in this regard.

Pros:

Wish I could stayed longer but they were fully booked. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Good vibes in the morning with the jazz music. Attended to any issues very promptly instead of just apologizing. Had a sound sleep. Very close to NBA conference meeting venue . Looking forward to coming back .
