Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Everything. I did not feel safe. Other....I guess residents, were watching me the whole time. A guy walked over and stood near my car watching me while I attempted to unload my stuff. The room had a thick layer of dust everywhere. I was in the room for 2 minutes and decided to leave. I was worried I would wind up on a murder documentary.

I would try a different room
Pros:

The area was decent. There were only a few homeless coming through the lot.

Cons:

The door to rm. 104 . It is a room for disabilities but to open the door to the room you must really push. Almost needs to be kicked open. The box spring is very firm. I understand that some like sleeping on a board but it's not for me

A normal room if you are not a sensitive sleeper
Pros:

Convenient location, parking right next to the room.

Cons:

Noise from the street, the neighbors upstairs, and especially the adjacent room was clearly audible—mainly because we were separated only by a locked connecting door. In the middle of the night I could hear my neighbor vomiting loudly. There was no mini-fridge, no microwave, and no shampoo—only two small bars of soap. Otherwise, it was a decent, reasonably clean room.
