Lot can be improved considering 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Location. Breakfast.

Cons:

Basic facilities are missing. Never expected paper cups for coffee. Also very limited quantity of cups provided unless explicitly asked. Also no cab facility available for guests in case of emergency.

Pros:

Super schöne renovierte Zimmer! Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf den See. Allerdings macht der Parkplatz mit den vielen Touristen jeden Tag das Feeling etwas kaputt.
Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut.

Cons:

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart.
Es wäre schön, wenn es im Zimmer auch Tee geben würde.
Im Badezimmer fehlt auf jeden Fall eine ordentliche Beleuchtung. In dem indirekten Licht kann man sich kaum sehen, geschweige denn schminken. Eine große Lampe sollte hier hoch nachträglich ammn der Decke angebracht werden.
Beim Frühstück haben wir leider nicht immer saubere Sitzplätze vorgefunden. Unter den Tische war es recht krümelig. Wir hätten uns außerdem ein bisschen mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Die Müslistation hat leider gar nicht gut funktioniert. Auch wäre eine größere Auswahl an Teesorten angebracht.
Die Preise für die Tiefgarage sind schon recht teuer...

Pros:

Hotel has just cancelled our wedding booking because they made an error - they offered to rebook at greatly inflated rates with free parking as an apology!!!

Cannot find words to say how much trauma and distress the hotel has caused us.

staff was very friendly

the rooms are really fancy and look stunning,,,,,,, but, terrible to use. you can't adjust the AC by your self, you have to call the reception. The people who can do it on their app are not working nights. Someone has to come to the room to do it manually. Nobody told us that the AC is not working if you don't lock the balcony door, no AC for us at night. The beautiful designed room with hot tub has all the walls in glass, even the shower and bathroom area, I love my husband, but I still like some privacy!!!! AC if its on is pretty loud.
