Pros:

On était très bien accueilli lors du check-in, Mme Amy était très souriante et sympathique, le service était super agréable. Si un jour je reviens, je vais préférer cette hôtel.

Pros:

Disponibilità dello staff, anche nel preparare la colazione take away prima dell’orario previsto.

Cons:

Hotel vecchio stile con moquette nei corridoi discutibile, camera abbastanza spaziosa ma con poca cura nella pulizia.
Bagno con qualche capello, vetro doccia e muro sporchi, presenza di polvere in tutta la stanza.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. Ten minute walk to Metro station. Excellent selection at buffet breakfast including western style. Room was very comfortable.

Heerlijk verblijf
Pros:

Het personeel is echt bijzonder behulpzaam. Met name Jennifer Chun en Amy Ding hebben ons goed en zeer vriendelijk geholpen.

Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij gaan voor het Chinese ontbijt maar ook voor Westers ontbijt kun je hier goed terecht.
Elke dag nieuw water op de kamer.

Cons:

Voor ons was het bed te zacht. Gelukkig konden ze het matras omdraaien en was het beter.

Big room and good breakfast
Pros:

The room is big and hotel provides very good breakfast. There are washers and dryers for guests to use during their stay. Hotel front desk also helps to receive our Taobao purchases before our checkin dates.

Cons:

The soundproofing is not so good.

Pros:

Almost everything! The complimentary washer/dryer definitely is a bonus.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast mostly caters to the Chinese palate. Will be good if we can have more bread variety. But, it's not bad already.
