Extremely clean and quiet, staff was great

Great location in Ocala and good value for your money
Pros:

This is our third stay at this location and we like it because of the convenience and the value for the money.

Cons:

The Staff when we tried to check in, we’re not around. We had to look for somebody to check us into the hotel. The facilities weren’t as clean as they have been in stays past.

Very nice stay for an overnight visit
Pros:

Nice hotel. Modern. Service was good. Decent location.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was there was black mold in the bottom of the shower. Not a lot but still doesn’t take much to clean it up

Too noisy with heavy traffic.

Cons:

This hotel is ok but it is in a terrible location. It is right on the corner of a very busy intersection. It was hard to get in and out of the parking lot because of the heavy traffic. They put us in a room facing the street and we heard the traffic all night long. Motorcycles were especially loud at 1am. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ocala surprise
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Felt brand new. Nice room, lobby, breakfast and friendly staff. Should be rated a three-star not a two-star.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! And the breakfast was pretty good:)

Cons:

I smelled cigarette smoke somewhere around my room on the 4th floor around 9pm. Called the front desk and advised. They said they would go up and investigate. After calling I did not smell anymore smoke for the rest of my stay.
