Falsely advertised…dirty and over priced. Cancelled with 20 minutes of checking. Paid fully upfront with no refund offered. Stay away from this place.

The staff, the rude customer service, disorganized check in and rogue management. Ridiculous hotel restrictions out of the norm. Too outdated. Room had no microwave for the price and didn’t feel comfortable or convenient

The staff was a nightmare, not organized at all. I got there early and check in was a mess. The woman claimed she had a wait list from the ppl that got there after me who all went before me. One was a male who rudely came in an hour after I asked to check in and was still accommodated, him not the staff had the decency to be courteous. It was rude and felt like it was intentional. I told the lady sorry didn’t know there was a list and did not get aggressive eventhough I was furious at the time just having a flight change because of the snow storms. I never wanted to be stuck there I just thought it was nice until it wasn’t. Then, what a coincidence somehow the management staff decided to occupy themselves in the next room beside me. After going on the balcony to relax somehow I’m then in violation of a rule and accused of smoking wrongfully. After seeing the signs plastered all over the elevator which is weird I marked at my bf to smoke in the car before he same in. This was some wild crazy stay. I will never be back. They just did all this out of spite and unprofessionalism. Deposit is $50 which they kept them proceeded to try and charge me $200 14 times before attempting to charge $20,000. Luckily I neverrrr use my credit cards or main banking cards for these little janky hotels still my bank also found this odd and as if someone was attempting theft. I have taken action personally with my counsel, bank, and booking agreed as well this was preposterous. I do not recommend. Feels like a nice jail with an off limits balcony.

the staff i asked for pool towels while we where at the pool girl at front desk said she was gonna bring us pool towels never did then again we went to her the same evening because I couldn’t even use the TV from the room because the control batteries were dead. Ask her again about batteries they never brought them to us. The service there sucks.

There was no breakfast included in the stay, no microwave in the room. No snacks to accommodate customers when staying over 3 days. The front glass door of the lobby needed to be clean with windex. That was an eye sore. The first room that was offered we did not like but the front desk did accommodate us and moved us to a different room. We were about leave but the front desk was nice to put us in a different room and another floor with a balcony. I will give this hotel 6 out of 10. There are some things they can most definitely work on to make it a better place to stay. Also the parking area needs more lighting. It’s very dark in the parking lot. The first cleaning lady we had did a horrible job. She did not give us clean towels and she left the dirty towels in the bathroom. I gave her a tip before leaving our room, thinking if you leave a generous tip , she will take care of us but that did not happen. I gave the tip to the other house keeper letting her know to give to her intended house keeper. Since the first cleaning lady did not do a good job. I requested for the other housekeeper for the remaining of our stay. I can’t remember her name but she took care of us and we were pleased.

I did not appreciate it when housekeeping knocking on the room door asking me what time I’m checking out. My checkout was on the ninth housekeeping knocked on my room door on the eighth with a paper in her hand waking me and my husband out of our sleep I went downstairs to the receptionist and ask her why was housekeeping knocking on my door on the eighth and I’m going to be checking out on the ninth. She looked in the computer and say yeah you’re right there’s no manager there. It shouldn’t matter it should been on a piece of paper or a clipboard, knowing when your customers check out date is listed.

Parking lot too dark

No smoke alarm in a 7th floor room (it was removed with wires tied up). The deadbolt on the door didn't work. No bulbs in a light stand that we needed to use.
