Hotel de très haut niveau avec un service et un petit déjeuner exceptionnel!
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, très varié, bon produit, très copieux, un buffet magnifique! Le service au TOP et un personnel très attentif, sérieux et très professionnel!!! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y reviendrons!!! Les chambres sont très confortables et très propres!

Absolument parfait
Pros:

Rien à redire, autant sur l'accueil que sur le service, sûrement l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai connu.
La place de parking gratuite représente un atout indéniable pour Porto, l'accès au centre se fait bien, 20 min de marche environ. Le petite déjeuner est très qualitatif, la literie est très bonne et la propreté des chambres et des communs est de mise.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Zur Begrüssung gab's einen Porto an der Bar, einen Teller mit Früchten, Süßigkeiten und Wasser. Das Personal ist äusserst hilfsbereit.
Tipp: für lärmempfindliche Personen sind die Zimmer zum Innenhof besser als die zur Straße.

Super emplacement très proche du métro et des commerces ( boulangerie, supérette...) proches dans le quartier.
Personnel très à l'écoute et aidant pour toutes les demandes .
Grand merci à Kellel si je me trompe pas dans l'orthographe réceptionniste très à l'écoute et aidant et la même'équipe du soir dont je me souviens pas leurs noms également !
Également au chauffeur de la navette très gentil et compréhensif avec les enfants en bas âge !
Navette gratuite pour venir vous récupérer et à plusieurs reprises on m'a proposé la navette pour me déplacer avec mes enfants.
Hôtel à recommander vraiment en tous cas un des meilleurs que j'ai pu faire si ce n'est le meilleur !
De plus à disposition café, thé, gâteau, fruits...dans la chambre gratuitement.
