중심가에서 전철로 3-4코스입니다. 조용하고 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 공항까지 셔틀을 운행합니다. 웰컴 과일과 과자에 감동했습니다! 청소하시는 모습을 보았는데 침대 밑까지 청소기를 밀고 있었어요. 믿을 수 있었습니다!

Cons:

호텔이 좀 오래된 것 같아요. 그래서인지 늘 그렇진 않은데 온도가 시원할 때까지 시간이 좀 걸릴 때가 있어요.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello, stanze grandi e letto comodissimo, ha frigobar (pagamento a consumo), cassaforte e spazi giusti per mettere tutto il necessario. Ottima la colazione.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, e buona posizione strategica per visitare la città.
Ottimo soggiorno.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto, se si vuole proprio cercare qualcosa di "negativo" (che poi tanto negativo non è) è il bagno un pò piccolino, ma ha una doccia bellissima e cmq tutte le comodità necessarie oltre che a prodotti da bagno, quindi non può essere certo un punto proprio negativo.

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Η τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο μετρό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο με πολύ μεγάλο κρεβάτι. Μας είχαν αφήσει στο δωμάτιο για καλωσόρισμα νερό, φρούτα και γκοφρετάκια. Επίσης είχε καφέ, τσάι και βραστήρα. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα πάλι 😊

Super Hotel, ich komme gerne wieder

Gefallen hat mir alles bis auf den unten aufgeführten Punkt. Lage, Sauberkeit, wlan, Freundlichkeit, nahe Bus- und metroverbindung, alles super

Cons:

Die Bar war abends eiskalt, ohne Jacke konnte man nicht verweilen. An allen 3 Abenden war die Bestellung eines einfachen Glas Weißwein schwierig. Die Mitarbeiter wussten nicht den Unterschied zwischen Portwein und Wein, es musste erst gefragt werden wo die Flasche ist und an allen drei Abenden musste erst ein Glas im Nebenraum gesucht werden. Die Bar war immer fast leer.

Servicio al cliente excepcional, siempre disponibles para lo que se necesitara, excelente trato. Mención especial para la joven del desayuno, siempre tenía todo limpio, ordenado y tranquilo.
