Very accommodating
Pros:

The staff was super accommodating. We were allowed to use the parking lot before and after our check-in and -out times which made our trip much more convenient. When we had food that needed to be refrigerated after our stay they kept it for us until we left the city officially. The complementary items were of course a plus that we weren’t expecting.

Brilliantly unique Porto secret.
Pros:

Excellent room, exceptionally clean, nice little touches of a welcome pack. Very good breakfast spread even for vegetarians. It's actually 2.2km from the city centre, but turn right outside the door, 20m, turn right again and walk down the street in a straight line for 2.2km and you're there.

Pros:

Such an amazing team at the front desk always greeting us with a big smile and going the extra mile. The free shuttle service to the airport is such a great addition as well. I’ve stayed a few times there and will do it again …

Pros:

Recebi um upgrade onde tinha alguns mimos no quarto como (bolachas, fruta e água) e a cama era muito confortável, o quarto bastante limpo e staff muito atencioso. Gostei do facto das cortinas fazerem um blackout total do quarto.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade para o valor dele e o parque de estacionamento não é muito visível.

Dobra lokalizacja blisko linia metra D i liczne autobusy, komfortowy pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżko, przestronna łazienka, duży taras. Bardzo dobre śniadania dla każdego coś dobrego. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel od recepcji po restaurację, personel sprzątający i panów kierowców z i na lotnisko.
