The staff at the hotel were so lovely and friendly. The pools are massive and very clean, plenty of daybeds around the pool to lounge on. The room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast had a massive selection and was delicious.

Cons:

Disliked how we paid for a pool view room and we received a view of the kids pool. I feel like that was a little misleading and would have liked to have known that’s what we were paying for instead of a view of the main pool. The kids pool was quite loud at times with the kids squealing which wasn’t ideal having a baby napping nearby.

Handy location to beach or main shopping street but if you want peace do not book a street view room. Read full review…
Pros:

The general location to the beach and main shopping street was handy. Everything was clean and staff friendly. Buffet breakfast was lovely

Cons:

The actual location of the three rooms we got for our family were undesirable! We got two rooms overlooking the street and a corner executive suite overlooking the ocean which was stunning. However the street noise, dogs barking each morning and continual fireworks through the evening past midnight was terrible and very disruptive for sleeping.
I felt that the price we paid was very high for what we received.

The staff are amazing, friendly, accommodating & welcoming.
Pros:

Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, even less to shops & restaurants. The people working here are lovely and very accommodating.

Cons:

It’s not them, but the works across the road are a bit of an eyesore, they did compensate with a couple of drinks and desserts on the house though, so that was nice.
