Pros:

The hotel room was an excellent size and well laid out. Breakfast was great with lots of different choices. Very friendly staff, especially in the spa. The beach was just a short walk away.

Pros:

We loved the pool area and kids pool/kids club. The included breakfast.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was good and service was great at breakfast we found the restaurant at other meals (lunch and dinner) was not great, expensive and hard to get service as it wasn’t very busy lots of staff just standing around and not serving.

Pros:

It was really clean and comfortable, will definitely stay again.

Cons:

The only thing I can fault is that the floors are thin, so if you’re on the bottom floor you can hear most noises made up top, they were lovely enough to move us to a quieter room.

Not bad for price
Pros:

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. They offered good recommendations and very professional and friendly. Hilman made amazing cocktails which made our experience and Winadi was a friendly face who greeted ypu with a smile and chat everyday. Thank you

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms were very dark especially in the bathroom which made it difficult getting ready in afternoons (for the ladies). Room service/food was very average. Included Breakfast was good.

Beautiful hotel, lovely Rooms and the most amazing staff
Pros:

The location was fantastic, close to a circle K and lots of markets. It also just a short distance to cocoon which is a lovely day club. The food was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to help out with anything we needed. Would certainly recommend the Grand Mercure to anyone staying in Seminyak

Cons:

The Double Six hotel is just behind this hotel and has a party vibe going till late. This Did become a little annoying with the bass noise traveling into our room.

Stay was good but definitely not perfect
Pros:

The actual hotel is fine, the services i.e the bar, restaurant, pool ai cannot fault plus the staff are extremely friendly.

Cons:

We paid more for an executive room and although the room design was good and gave a great ocean view the noise of the surrounding bars/restaurants and constant barking of dogs from about midnight every night sort of spoilt our stay. Plus, if you’re looking for a taxi - don’t use the drivers from the hotel. Although they’re not actual employees they do offer services. Beware, the one we used charged us 3 times what an actual’Grab’ fare cost.

Super clean perfect location
Pros:

It was the perfect location close to the airport to the main shopping centres. Not far to go to Canggu as well.
