Hi,
I would like to report a fraudulent, please. I booked and paid a 3 nights accommodation with Hotel O Desa Wisata Santanamekar on 21 Dec to 24 Dec 2025.
However, when I got to the location, the property wasn't there! A local man called Iwa explained that I wasn't the first person to experience this 'scam' as a few people has been looking for the non-existent accommodation. The hotel address is Kp Leuwi Bodas No 0 RT 008 RW 02 Stn Mekar. 46153 Rajapolah, Indonesia.
Another thing, I would like Booking.com to review this property and take it off the listing immediately please. I have been using Booking.com for a few years now and this incident is very very disappointing.
