This hotel is good for what it has in this city. It probably has the best breakfast available in cilacap from any hotel. Me and my wife enjoyed my stay and this is a good hotel for shoet term visits.

When I arrived at the hotel, the reception informed me that they do not have any cooperation with Booking.com or Agoda. As a result, they refused to honor the reservation I had made through Agoda. I was left without a room and received no form of compensation or assistance from the hotel.
The receptionist also claimed that they had attempted to contact Agoda regarding the issue. However, when I asked for a screenshot of the conversation as proof, they only typed the message to Agoda at that moment—suggesting that no prior attempt had been made. This raised serious doubts about the honesty of their communication and their willingness to help resolve the problem.

Staying at Aston Inn Cilacap was an incredibly satisfying experience. The front office service was super friendly and efficient, the rooms were clean and tidy, the bathrooms were great, and the food was delicious with plenty of options. This hotel has become my favorite in Cilacap! The Google Nest facility in the room is also awesome, allowing us to call the reception or restaurant just by speaking. All the staff were friendly, including the security, who were really helpful in guiding us when we were confused and directing us on parking. Plus, the hotel features a cool gym and swimming pool, and there's also a spa for relaxing after a busy day. The whole experience at Aston Inn Cilacap was truly comfortable and enjoyable!

The only thing that makes me a little confused is that the elevator can only be used to go to the room. I can't see the gym swimming pool available at the hotel.

It's a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star as they claim. The services staff training needs to be improved. The room was a bit damp, and the air conditioner was not cold enough. I did not try the other facilities much. The hotel needs good cleaning training.

Unclean room with cockroach, dirty water for shower for 2 out of 3 booked rooms, slow response of the staff for the dirty water complains, then change room with broken window.
