I paid for a reservation that was not existing
Cons:

I paid for the Hotel but my reservation was not existing so I have to go to look for an accommodation somewhere else. I want to be reimbourse.

We could not stay. It’s a scam.
Pros:

It was a scam. Oyo seems like a 3rd party scam. They double booked our rooms. We could not stay for an event. Please give refund.

Cons:

It was a scam. I confirmed 1week prior that we need the rooms.
Booking.com did not acknowledge the booking reference number. Said it did not exist. SCAM
