Nice affordable hotel
Pros:

The food and drinks were very good. And the staff very friendly.

Lovely stay excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent ,rooms were clean and serviced well. Food in the restaurant was excellent value and the staff were all pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Breakfast at the weekend and bank holidays did not start until 08:45 which seems a little late.

Rooms are a little dated, apps on TV did not work so I couldn't hook up Netflix.A little pricy for what you get.

Great stay
Pros:

We loved the quiet room with the comfortable bed and black out curtains. The staff were so lovely and the overall feel of the place was very comfortable. WiFi great and hot shower. Lovely pictures on the walls are very homely

Cons:

Room was a tad tired for the price, painting needs to be touched up on the walls and the heater was half hanging off the wall. We were not a fan of the quality of the breakfast ingredients but that was just personal preference

Great room with appalling breakfast experience
Cons:

At least 6 families were rushing into the restaurant all at once for breakfast, since breakfast didn't start until 8.45 am, and the restaurant was definitely not staffed enough to cope with that many guests all at once. We just turned around and went elsewhere.

Great for a night of sleep but the breakfast pulls the experience down.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and easy to find. There was plenty of parking space available and it was included in the price. There area looked clean and save. Staff were friendly and the checking was seamless and quick. The night was quiet and close to the hotel are great opportunities to eat and have a lovely evening.

Cons:

The interior feels somewhat dated and dark. Bathrooms were clean but because of the age felt unsanitary. The bed has seen its best years a while ago. The absolute worst was the breakfast. Situated in the pup felt very unwelcoming. The coffee was simply disgusting. We waited 45min for a handful warmed up prefab pancakes and two slices of toast.

Brilliant staff, good breakfasts, lovely comfortable beds.
Pros:

Well located for motorway. Pub at front and hotel rooms at rear. Most important: the brilliant staff - Luke and Michael work so hard behind bar taking food orders (breakfast) and cannot do enough for you. They also work hard serving at the bar. They are a credit to the company. On Bank Holiday Monday the restaurant was mega busy and the two ladies serving breakfast were equally pleasant and efficient.
