Estadia Maravilhosa !
Pros:

Gostei de tudo ! Desde o acolhimento da recepção , destacando os funcionários Luan, Bianca e Daniele, que são maravilhosos . O café da manhã muito bom . A limpeza do quarto , cama confortável , bom chuveiro .Gostei tb do estacionamento e a localização do hotel . Voltaremos !

Very friendly and helpful staff - over the language barrier.
Good quality breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The room had no window. Only a small window in the bathroom behind a curtain for fresh air but that brought the outside noise in.
The passages in the hotel are tiled, no carpet. From very early in the morning a lot of noise, doors banging, heels clacking, people talking.
Overpriced compared to other hotels in town (which unfortunately were full during our stay).

Passei duas noites, a estadia foi tranquila. Voltarei certamente.
Pros:

Boa variedade de item no café da manhã. Localização próxima do meu destino, supermercado na proximidade.

Cons:

Fui instalada num quarto ao lado/frente da lavanderia. Cheguei pela manhã, por volta das 06h e precisava descansar, mas o barulho ao lado não permitiu. Além das máquinas funcionando também era possível ouvir os colaboradores.

Recepcionistas péssimos, perdidos, com má vontade em atender, não sabiam responder perguntas básicas do hotel, como serviço de lavanderia, solicitei um ferro, o recepcionista só faltou mandar eu ir com a roupa amassada para o casamento que tínhamos… pareciam adolescentes que estavam atendendo hóspedes obrigados pelos pais… nível péssimo, principalmente o do turno da manhã e noite.


Quarto torto, arquitetura estranhíssima, banheiro em formato de triângulo, dificultava bastante a movimentação e box não fechava direito, água para todo lado, porta do banheiro de puxar por trilho, ficava batendo, fazendo barulho!!

Os funcionários da recepção são sempre muito atenciosos e queridos com a gente

Cons:

Acho que a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, poderia ser melhorada, são detalhes pequenos que podem melhorar a limpeza, principalmente o banheiro (pia e vaso)

Funcionários super atenciosos. Comida muito boa. Quartos limpos. Ótimo café da manhã.

Cons:

Estacionamento um pouco acanhado para manobrar uma suv grande. Se não entrar na vaga de ré e tiver um caro estacionado ao lado, fica difícil sair. Fora isso, tudo ótimo.
