Geweldig hotel op toplocatie!
Pros:

Zeer mooi hotel, ruime kamers en goed ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en centraal in het centrum. Heel erg genoten.

Cons:

Porto zelf heeft wel veel steile straten.

Si vuelvo a oporto lo más fácil es que repita

Muy bonito y todo muy limpio, muy bien situado

Cons:

Hacía mucho calor y el bufet del desayuno no era muy amplio , aún así estaba todo muy bien y muy bueno

Sehr gut. Die Lage war super!
Anbindungen auch. Zu Fuß war aber auch alles möglich.
Was schade war, dass es kein Netflix o.Ä. vorhanden war und der TV im Wohnzimmer stand und man somit vom Bett aus kein TV schauen könnte.

Pros:

La posizione centralissima! L’hotel affaccia sulla Piazza del Municipio e a piedi si possono raggiungere tutte le attrazioni

Cons:

Pulizia da migliorare: in camera la polvere era evidente sulle consolle scure e il pavimento della sala ristorante era appiccicoso!
La camera che ci hanno assegnato era l’ultima in fondo al corridoio: nulla a che vedere con le foto sul sito!Entrando aveva un corridoio di 3m dove c’era l’armadio, con il frigobar e la cassaforte e la stanza si riduceva al letto e allo spazio per girarci intorno! In più la porta del bagno, non finestrato e con aeratore insufficiente, si affacciava sulla camera! Così quando abbiamo fatto la prima doccia abbiamo aperto la porta per far uscire il vapore e dopo tre sec ci hanno chiamato dalla reception perché si era attivato l’allarme antincendio!
Il personale della reception è giovane, ma inesperto Di sabato sera, verso le 18 prenotiamo il ristorante per le 20.30 Tutto a posto. Più tardi, saliti in camera ci richiamano per dire che è tutto pieno! Per fortuna ci sono altri locali vicini, ma manca un po di professionalità
