Das Hotel ist in bester Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausnehmend nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Top Zimmer.
Tolle Klimaanlage und bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr gute Schallisolierung zur Strasse hin. Würde ich immer wieder buchen.
Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse war das Frühstück eher mäßig. Bacon zum Rührei war aufgeschnittene Wurst. Orangensaft war sehr wässrig. Ansonsten alles TOP.

Lovely comfortable beds with the best bed linen. Lovely quiet aircon in room. Is a must have for sleeping on hot nights. Lovely shower.
They supplied a kettle in room. But never filled the coffee, or tea or milk. So did'nt use it. I could'nt go out and buy my own as only had hand luggage for a few nights.
Breakfast was'nt that good for the price so only went once. Plenty of places to buy a nicer breakfast nearby.

Unser Zimmerfenster war direkt neben dem Ausgang der Klimaanlage. Es brummte sehr laut. So laut, dass man nicht das Fenster öffnen konnte- von der Luft ganz zu schweigen. Dieses Zimmer hätte nicht als bessere Zimmerkategorie vergeben werden dürfen !!! Angeblich war die Klimaanlage gerade erst kaputt gegangen und deshalb so laut. Eine bessere Alternative konnte nicht angeboten werden - das Personal war freundlich bemüht.

Hotel in palazzo storico molto bello, pulito e comodo per visitare a piedi la città. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tage gereinigt. Wir haben es auch sehr geschätzt, dass es jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer gab und auch, dass man sich an der Bar mit Wasser bedienen konnte.
Es fehlt ein Schrank im Zimmer. Die Handtücher müssten nicht unbedingt jeden Tag gereinigt werden.
Zimmer mit Sicht auf Platz. Gute Lage für Bus und Metro. Auch zu Fuss kann man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Zahlreiche Resterants in der Nähe.
