Personel tres accueillant et souriant ! Nous sommes allés à l'accueil quelques fois pour d'autres serviettes, couvertures et oreillers et toujours un super service ! Très belle chambre! Propre et confortable, belle cuisinette! Belle grande douche ! Très bon déjeuner complet et beaucoup de places assises! La piscine n'est pas grande mais tres propre et les enfants se sont bien amusé ! Un très beau 4 jours en famille ! Ce sera notre hôtel de 1er choix pour nos prochaines vacances à Québec!

Le matelas du sofa-lit était un peu trop mou !

J’y retournerais, très bel hôtel avec bon déjeuner inclus.
Pros:

Superbe chambre, 2 lits Queen studio, avec tout l’équipement de cuisine.

Cons:

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et personne ne vient changer les débarbouillettes et serviettes. Avec un enfant de 4 ans, ça en prend. J’ai une voiture électrique, il y a 2 bornes Flo mais très difficile de se brancher car pas très bien entretenu avec tellement de glace à enjamber que c’était dangereux.

Parfait pour une grande famille hôtel impeccable
Pros:

Service impeccable. Super belle chambre d’une belle grandeur pour une famille de 6. Le coin cuisine complet ( lave vaisselle lavabo frigidaire plaque chauffante )était parfait ce qui évite les dépenses superflues de restaurant. Proximité ( à 2-3 mins) magasins et épiceries. 10 mins des galeries de la capitale et 8 mins de l’aquarium de Québec environ. Les déjeuners complets le matin sont parfaits et très bon choix de menu ( inclus dans l’hébergement) ça évite de sortir les matins et les enfants peuvent manger à leur faim selon leur goût du jour …je recommandes fortement.

Rien du tout c’était exactement ce qu’on recherchais.
