Super!
Pros:

Petit déjeuner super, belle variété et surtout amplement d'espace pour TOUS les clients, incluant les familles. Belle flexibilité du personnel qui nous ont permis de recevoir des invités dans une salle à l'entrée.

Cons:

Stationnement vraiment plein lors de notre séjour (mais c'était durant les fetes , un temps occupéou l'hôtel était plein).

Pros:

Tout! C’est le plus bel hôtel qu’on n’ait jamais occupé… l’idée des suites est formidable! L’accueil, le service, le décor, le calme, la sécurité! Tout y est! Merci au personnel pour tout! J’y retournerai avec plaisir! Quelle belle semaine!

Cons:

Ce n’est pas ce qu’on m’a pas aimé, mais peut-être une ou 2 améliorations: avoir des réchauds plus fonctionnels pour les plats chauds du déjeuner… c’est délicieux mais pas assez chaud, prévoir un petit tapis dans l’entrée de la chambre pour mettre nos bottes ou souliers sales… surtout l’hiver… vous voyez, rien de bien grave… cela n’a pas empêché de faire de votre hôtel un séjour inoubliable, exceptionnel!

chambre spacieuse, cuisinette disponible, lits confortables

Cons:

oreillers trop mous, on entendait beaucoup les gens marcher au-dessus, on aurait aimer savoir d'avance qu'il y avait des ronds portatifs disponibles avec la cuisinette

I was well pleased with my first time stay at your hotel. The manager made our stay very pleasant.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Staff was nice and friendly. The manager was very helpful with my check in, getting me distilled water for my CPAP, and helping me with my luggage at checkout and a taxi. I don’t remember her name. She was wonderful.

Très propre, lit très confortable, locaux au gout du jour

Cons:

Beaucoup de monde au déjeuner pour un buffet assez petit, aucun produit d'hygiène dans la salle de bain (pas de cotons, cotons tige, bonnet de douche), il n'y avait plus de shampoing ni après shampoing dans la douche, pommeau de douche fixe ce qui n'est pas pratique pour ne pas se mouiller les cheveux

Correct … hôtel propre … les désagréments ont nuient à l’expérience

Le fait que la chambre ne soit pas prêt à notre arrivée pour 15h et que ayons dû patienter avec 3 »4 enfants dans le hall
Le fait de se trouver sur une étage avec une équipe de hockey sans le savoir au moment de réserver ou lors de notre arrivée … bruit tard le soir… cris… course…très peu de quiétude
