Great receptionist doing her absolute best.
Pros:

The receptionist was amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Loved the island and with a bit of a clean up and refurbishment the beach area could be fantastic. No food available but we found an amazing place with a view of the harbour so was no issue.

Cons:

Unfortunately this hotel is overpriced resulting in this being underused. It was like staying in a hotel that had closed down. All the hospitality areas had stacked furnitue in the corner of the rooms. We had a bottle of wine on the patio area by the beach when 21.00 came every light went of including in the empty hotel lights. We used our phone torch to navigate back to our room. I dread to think what would happen in an emergency no staff, lights nothing. This hotel needs to lowered costs open a restaurant (you could only have food if there were four of you!) A bar and it could be so vibrant with the facilities they have. it's like they have given up.

Au vu du prix, 48e la nuit ( ce qui est très cher au Vietnam) , à fuir….

La vue , La piscine est grande , mais le carrelage est cassée , ma fille s’est coupée le pied avec

Tout , l’hôtel semble abandonné. Le personnel n’est pas agréable ( ce qui très rare au Vietnam) , le petit déjeuner est inexistant. Tout est sale et délabré. Les serviettes sont tachées de taches marron . Tout tombe en lambeau… bref à fuir pourtant nous ne cherchons absolument pas le luxe , mais on a été obligé de changer d’établissement

Usmevava recepcni. Zapujceni skutru za dobrou cenu. Transfer z pristavu na hotel.
Pohodlne velke postele

Cons:

Snidane obrovska tragedie. Za 4 dny nedoplnili ani dzus. Vyber temer z niceho. Vetsina menu nedostupna.

Nidko neumi anglicky.

V koupelne jsme nasli svaba 7cm , jelikoz netesnili hlavni dvere do pokoje

It's generally good.
Pros:

The room we stayed was beautifully set up.
The hotel is next to the beach.
The sea water is clear and clean, not polluted.

Cons:

Included breakfasts didn't meet our expectations. Food and drinks were limited in variety.
Seafood, the specialty of the island, was not provided in the included breakfasts.
Lunches and dinners couldn't be ordered for two people, while we only 2 people are traveling and there was no food nearby.

Front deck lady very nice and helpful - help book ferry ticket s
All the rest off there staffs need more clean uniform
Very sloppy - only 1 very tiny elevator they took up and down do not care about customer stayed in
Breakfast not many option - small -
Room big bed comfortable - shower never have hot water - water run very very slow
