Totally disappointed

Total Disappointment
I don't even know where to begin... This is not a resort. It feels more like a motel with a pool, and by the way, the pool water was extremely murky.
The Room and Cleanliness
The room was a disaster. The bed was rock hard, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. When we were given the room, it was completely filthy:
The bathroom was covered in hair.
The mirror was stained with toothpaste marks.
There was only one glass provided, and they didn't even give us a bottle of water.
Lack of Service
The reason I’m taking the time to write this review is because of the lack of care from the staff. I politely went to reception with photos of the room's condition. I told them I was in no rush and would be out for the rest of the day, so they would have plenty of time to at least clean the shower and the mirror.
To my surprise, when I returned, the only thing they had done was wet the floor to move the hair around, leaving it all clumped together in the drain.
Location and Value
Another important detail: I chose this place for its proximity to the beach, but be warned—the beach is covered in trash bags and the water is a color that makes you not want to stay for even two minutes

Phòng sạch sẽ, đủ đồ dùng, nhân viên lễ tân vui vẻ, không gian rộng mình với nhà mình trãi bạc ăn uống thoải mái, mát mẻ
