Our 2 nights in Ahoy was very good, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.
We don't like the smell of the cigarette. They should have a designated smoke area.
Out of town in a more quiet setting, but still walking distance. Room was a good size and we liked the two pools.
Dining room/breakfast room chairs were a bit uncomfortable
Хорошая мебель и кровать. Расположение, до пляжа 2 км, до Старого города 2 км. Кому то удобно, кому то нет. Есть трансфер до пляжа и старого города. На территории два бассейна. В номере есть все необходимое.
Очень слабая шумоизоляция, персонал с 6 утра возит тележки по территории и громко разговаривает. И это очень громко. У соседей есть куры и петухи, тоже с 6 утра кукарекают. Выспаться не реально. Уборка слабая, полотенца и постельное белье первую неделю не меняли. Трансфер из аэропорта Дананга взяли две цены, дорого. Завтраки очень слабые для отеля 5 звезд. За две недели говядина один раз, рыба один раз остальное время свинина с костями и курица с костями. Такое ощущение, что завтраки для вегетарианцев.
This is a lovely hotel, the setting is very pretty with lovely plants and trees, two swimming pools and very friendly staff.

Lovely quiet location (hotel taxi into town twice a day) really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room and two attractive pools with loungers.
There was nothing we didn’t like… we were there 10 days so we must have liked it!
Die Lage ist in dem Sinne gut das es ruhig ist und man schnell (15-20min) am Strand zum Beispiel Hidden Beach oder in der Old town ist. Man braucht aber ein fahrrad oder den hotel schuttel beides Kostenlos. Wir haben ein scooter gemietet im hotel für ungf 5.-eur / Tag. Die beide Pools im hotel sind sehr schön im grünen eingebetet und sind wircklick kleine Oasen. Das Frühstück ist vielfälltig und lecker und es wird nicht langweilig auch nach paar Tage. Das Zimmer im parterre hat genügend platz mit kleinen Balkon innen und aussen Dusche. Das Badezimmer ist sehr grosszügig. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preisleitungsverhältniss. Besonders lecker ist das essen in der Umgebung zu erwähnen es gibt zahlreiche echte vietnamesiche kleine restaurans und es war sehr erfreulich jeden tag was neues und leckeres zu entdecken und für wenig Geld hat man schon sehr gut essen können.
Tja es gibt immer ein paar details zum Beispiel der Kühlschrank im Zimmer dürfte leiser sein und die Fahrräder besser gepflegt. Um die Umgebung wicklick zu entedecken muss man mobile sein.
The staff at Ahoy is what makes this place, they are kind, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service with a smile, they quickly learn your name and were brilliant.
The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable and the whole grounds were well maintained.
We stayed for 7 nights and would highly recommended it.
Breakfast had good variety.
Location made it easy to get to the old town by bike or grab but it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
No complaints at all, in fact this hotel was much better than other higher rated hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam.

הצוות היה מצויין ובמיוחד jay מהקבלה שנתן שירות מעולה ועשה הכל כדי למצוא פתרונות. החדר מרווח וטוב.
בחלק מהחדרים יש ריח של עובש , טחב(רטיבות), ביקשנו לעבור חדר מיד בהגעה ולאחר מכן ביקשנו שוב. נבדקו עוד 3 חדרים אשר בכולם היתה לטעמנו אותה בעיה..לבסוף לפני בקשה לעזיבה נמצא חדר טוב ומספק באגף אחר של המלון.
מיקום המלון רחוק ממרכז העיר בשבילנו היה קריטי בגלל ראש השנה המקומי וחוסר זמינות מוניות.
ניתן לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר.

No gym was disappointing, though to be fair it was damaged in the recent floods so may be available again in the future.
Unsure why there’s a prohibition on eating and drinking your own food and drinks inside your room, though most of the time we ate out so it wasn’t really an issue.

No hot pool during cold days so we couldn’t leverage the pools. No hot water in one of the bath tub or took a long time to heat up
