Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonably good location.
Helped arrange for us to buy a birthday cake and surprise our son on the day 😊

Cons:

Breakfast good but slightly limited variety.
No gym was disappointing, though to be fair it was damaged in the recent floods so may be available again in the future.
Unsure why there’s a prohibition on eating and drinking your own food and drinks inside your room, though most of the time we ate out so it wasn’t really an issue.

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, not too far from the main town

Een rustig gelegen hotel met 2 mooie zwembaden in een mooi groen kader.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Er is een gratis shuttle voorzien naar het centrum en het strand. Dat is wel handig want beiden liggen op een afstand van het hotel.

Cons:

Het brood was niet vers. Stokbroden waren slap en taai. Vers gebakken eieren waren goed. Koffie is ok maar er was geen warme melk voorzien, kon je wel krijgen op aanvraag.
Ook verschillende Vietnamese warme bereidingen maar daar kan ik niet over oordelen vermits ik dat 's morgens niet lust.
Het avondeten wordt niet in het hotel zelf gemaakt omdat ze er geen vergunning voor kunnen krijgen. Zodus zijn we daar niet blijven eten.

A serene, beautiful resort with incredible service, perfect for couples in Hoi An!
Pros:

For our first Vietnam trip, this resort honestly set the bar so high. The hospitality was amazing from the start, Thomas reached out a day before our arrival to confirm everything and check if we needed anything. When we checked in (01/01/26 - 04/01/26), the front desk welcomed us with drinks and snacks, sat with us to explain the hotel and nearby spots, and even handled our luggage.

The boutique resort is beautiful, calm and exactly like the photos. We stayed in the Ahoy Suite Pool View with Private Outdoor Shower, surprisingly close to the lobby. The suite is huge, with three main areas: the bedroom, the bathroom, and the outdoor shower. The bed is extra-large and super comfy, and the in-room TV lets you sign in to YouTube or Netflix. Amenities are great, daily coffee, tea and snacks, with a small paid minibar.

The bathroom has a bathtub, a standard wall-mounted shower and a toilet with hose. We had a minor issue with the showerhead on Day 1, and they fixed it immediately. The outdoor shower is simple but still enjoyable.

Around the resort, you’ll find a lounge, two pools, a spa (10% discount), and a small gym. Breakfast was one of the best parts. served at a beautifully decorated restaurant upstairs. Good mix of Western and local food, plenty of protein, fresh pho, desserts, pastries, and made-to-order eggs. I loved getting multiple poached eggs from the kitchen team.

The highlight is definitely the service. Every staff member was attentive and warm, and the help felt genuinely heartfelt. Thomas made everything so easy, private transfers, late check-out, anything we needed was sorted instantly through WhatsApp.

Cons:

The location sits inside a narrow one-way lane, which feels odd at first, but transport can still get in and out without issues. The outdoor shower is more functional than “luxury resort vibes.”

Pros:

Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique et il est idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Le personnel est agréable et réactif.

Cons:

Le seul problème de cet hôtel vient de son insonorisation inexistante. Vous entendez les conversations et la Tv des chambres voisines comme si vous y étiez, ainsi que les gens passant par la cour.

Que me cobraran porque una toallita del baño quedó sucia con maquillaje. Había que pagar un dólar por eso. Se ve que no lavan las cosas con agua caliente y por eso los restos de maquillaje no habían salido. Es la primera vez que me piden pagar por esto.
