This was beautiful hotel, our family of 5 loved staying here. The buffet breakfast and the pool won our kids over. The rooms and surrounding gardens were beautiful, staff were always friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here.
The only thing we can find fault in, we found it a bit far out of town for us to walk into town. The roads were very busy to ride with young kids.

We had a great stay at Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Resort & Spa. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, comfortable and clean rooms, a nice pool area, and a well-maintained spa.
The location is about a 20-minute walk to Hoi An Old Town, which is absolutely worth visiting – the city has a unique atmosphere and charm you shouldn’t miss. You can also walk to the beach, which is a big advantage. At the same time, it’s close enough to Da Nang and Ba Na Hills for easy day trips.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Everything! This place is so beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, short bike ride to the beach or to the old town and they also have a shuttle bus which is great. The room was so spacious and luxurious. The breakfast was really good. The place was really clean. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The bed base was a bit squeaky—whenever you got out of bed, it made noise.
The fact that you can't bring your own food from outside. I guess it's the accommodation policy.
tranquil setting and an easy 10/15 minute Grab ride into central Hoi An. Our room was very spacious, lots of storage space, clean and had an indoor shower too. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Free bikes for you to cycle round the paddy fields which are on the door step. Use of nearby Turf & Surf restaurant on the beach: you are provided with free beach towels and use of the loungers – great service and delicious food too. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel.

Staff was always friendly and responsive. Free bikes and shuttle available to the old town. We used the bikes a lot to go down to the old town.

Overall, it was a nice hotel, but lacking some details.
One of the main deciding factors of booking this hotel was that it had a gym, which is important to us. When we arrived, they told us it was closed because they were changing the equipment and that they would let us know within the next 1-2 days when we can use it. We stayed for a total of 5 nights and we never got informed that the gym opened, never got to see it. It was disappointing that we didn’t get to use it, as that’s was why we booked this hotel in the first place.
The bicycles had no bell, which we would think is necessary in Vietnam. My partner is also quite tall, and the bicycle seats wouldn’t go up very high, so his knees hit the bars when he steered. They also had no lights, which made it a bit dangerous when cycling back after the sun had gone down.
The free shuttle times were fixed and not convenient to us personally, so we never ended up using it. We ended up paying for rides when we needed them (e.g. early in the morning - first available shuttle was at 10am, or in the evening for dinner - they had one at 8pm, but we were more interested around 6pm/7pm to go before dinner and come back around 10pm).
The laundry service was good, but quite expensive.
We had an amazing stay at Ahoy Hoian, spending 9 nights there - which is quite a long time to stay in one hotel in Hoi an but it worked perfectly for us, especially for our daughter.
The staff were all super friendly and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make our holiday special. It’s definitely a stay we will never forget!
The location is perfect. We could walk to the Old Town or order a taxi… I would recommend a taxi during the day only because of the heat. The free hotel taxi service to the beach and Old Town was a great touch.
Everything at the hotel was just right. The breakfast was good and the pools were perfect! Everything is kept beautifully clean and well-maintained. Nothing felt like too much hassle and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere made it feel like a home.
We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our Hoi An holiday. I would definitely recommend Ahoy Hoian!

Requested pool viewl room and large tree covered our view. There were 2 pools and plenty of rooms overlooking the pools that were not being used.

We don't like the smell of the cigarette. They should have a designated smoke area.
