tolle lage und behagliches ambiente
Pros:

besonders gefallen hat uns, dass man per fahrrad in 15 minuten ganz einfach nach hoi an old town fahren konnte. wunderschön war auch die atmosphäre morgens draußen beim frühstück auf dem balkon.

alles war wunderbar!

Pros:

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era piccola e trascurata, benché avessimo selezionato una "junior suite pool view with balcony": armadio privo di grucce, problemi con la serratura, cassaforte scarica, scarsa qualità dei prodotti da bagno. Buona al contrario la pulizia e la comodità dei letti.
Colazione poco varia e poco curata, così come la SPA e la piscina sempre troppo affollata rispetto alla capacità di accoglienza; gli asciugamani in dotazione andrebbero sicuramente cambiati.
Gradevole l'area dedicata al bar ristorante.
Staff gentile ma non particolarmente attento.
Il soggiorno è stato generalmente piacevole ma il resort molto al di sotto delle mie aspettative e del rating a 5 stelle.

Pools were beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was reasonable and included in the price. Fairly close to the old town

Absolutely wonderful stay from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the lovely Lotus (Linh) welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home.
Throughout our stay, every member of the team was friendly, professional, caring and always ready to help. The hotel is extremely clean, the breakfast is excellent, and every request we had was handled with genuine attention. They even helped move us to a room with larger beds so that our 7-year-old daughter could sleep more comfortably, which we truly appreciated.
The hotel also has two large, beautiful and very clean swimming pools, which we enjoyed so much.
We loved our stay so much that we extended it for several more days because we simply didn’t want to leave.
A huge thank you to the entire Ahoi team for making our stay so special and for helping make our holiday in Hoi An unforgettable. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel. Five stars from us!

Peaceful oasis away from hustle & bustle
Pros:

Beautiful place to stay with two pools. Close enough to get into the town but away from the hustle & bustle with a selection of restaurants nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed during the week and it was quiet, but when the weekend came and it brought an influx of people, we realised the rooms were not so soundproof, especially when people decided they should use the pool earlier than it opened. Gym is not air-conditioned and very run down.

Great family stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel outside of Ho Ann between the beach and the old town. As per other reviews the staff make this place. They are so friendly and caring, nothing is too much much. There a car service to either the beach or the old town, breakfast is good and there is a good menu for food and drinks, the prices are good as well. Would recommend for a trip in Ho Ann.

Pratiquement tout.
Service VIP, chambre spacieuse avec deux douches dont une en plein air et une super baignoire (Ahoy suite pool view with private outdoor shower).
Piscine avec profondeur pour nager.
Taxi gratuit pour la vieille ville et la plage suivant certaines horaires.
Bon petit déjeuner avec suffisamment de choix.

Excellent, everything was perfect
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures and the staff were great. It was so nice to not be in the centre of the ancient town for some peace and tranquility but only a short drive away. Excellent breakfast and the ambience of the hotel is superior.

Fijn verblijf voor langer dan een paar dagen.
Pros:

Leuk hotel tussen het mooie strand en centrum van Hoi An.
Gratis fietsen aanwezig zodat je overal makkelijk kan komen.
Ligt in mooie omgeving vlak bij rijstvelden.
Zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt.
Mooie nette kamer en fijne zwembaden.
Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

Staff was incredible, the grounds and property were beautiful and spotlessly clean, the pool was a wonderful oasis of cool comfort after a hot day walking. Will definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Personnel très gentil, jardin et piscines agréables, hôtel calme et chambre très confortable avec des lits énormes. Nous avons passé 5 nuits en famille et avons adoré notre séjour.
L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre, mais cela permet d’être au calme, loin du chaos. Il faut prendre des Grab pour se déplacer, ce qui est le seul petit inconvénient.
Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !
