Hotel net buiten centrum Ninh Binh met een prachtige Infinity-pool waarbij je naar de bergen kijkt. Mooie kamers, met heerlijk bed en fijne douche. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De key-card is gekoppeld aan de airco en als je de kamer verlaat gaat de airco uit.

Beautiful property a short walk from the rice fields and a 10 minute taxi to Hoi an. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was very well maintained including rooms and pools. Would highly recommend this accommodation

De service van het personeel was erg goed. Qua locatie ook prima gelegen tussen het strand en Old Town
De kamers in het grote gebouw zijn extreem gehorig. Als je gaat zorg dat je niet in dat gebouw zit.
It’s a charming place with two nice pools, green gardens and friendly staff and great rooms.
SPA service can be a bit improved with for example a welcome drink when you arrive and some relaxing music.
Great staff, bike rental inclusief, walking distnace for otter restaurants and ATM, short taxi rode to old town and beach

The bed was comfortable and there was a good pillow selection.
The staff were unfriendly. We notified our early arrival at 12.30pm the day before, but our room was still unavailable until 3pm. It took 3 hours after we accessed our room to receive our bags. The rooms were minimalist, very dated and not sound proof. We could hear chairs scraping the floor next door. The compendium advised us we might have to wait up to 15mins for hot water!!
The hotel had a number of rules inc. no Grab food, outside food or alcohol. Big surcharges on the latter. The buffet was breakfast was decidedly average.
Do not recommend it, will not stay here again. Far better value on offer around Hoi An.

Le personnel était au petit soin. Le cadre était génial à proximité de la ville 7-10min de Grab/Taxi et proche des rizières.
Le petit déjeuné était bon, mais il manquait un peu de choix ou de nourriture plus classique pour les européens.
We loved that the hotel was set back from the main road. It was in its own little oasis with paddy fields just a stones throw away. Having two pools was wonderful and despite the hotel being almost booked up it never felt crowded. The staff were wonderful, very helpful. We hired bikes one afternoon to explore nearby rice fields and also the shuttle to and from the old town was great. The rooms were fantastic and so comfortable, lots of space.. we loved being on the 6th floor and had wonderful views of the hills.
We thought the breakfast buffet was great but maybe a little bit limiting in choice. The gym was not the most functional.

This property is in an amazing location between the old town and the beach, with rice fields at the back to be explored with bikes provided by the hotel.
For me though the staff were exceptional, so kind, accommodating and welcoming. I hope I can get back to Ahoy Hoi An again soon.

Breakfast was good, 2 pool options was great. Rooms spacious and clean. Nice balcony and good interleading room for families. Reception staff was fantastic with help to order taxi and excursions.
The only benefit to the hotel was that they provided a free taxi service into Hoi An
Staff did not make up our room when they knew we were out from 8am to 1pm and then made us feel uncomfortable when we questioned it. Only 1 member of staff seemed apologetic. Our shopping bags were checked when we returned in the evening checking for beer and food! Food I understand but I am 60 and if I want to buy a can of beer to drink on the terrace I don't think that's a problem I not having a party! I felt that they were checking what was in the bin in the morning. We ordered a Chicken Club sandwich at lunchtime which was very poor; bacon from breakfast, bland and over priced.
It was nice clean and peaceful boutique hotel. Food was good and the staff were very helpful and courteous.
It was a grab ride away from the city centre. So couldn’t feel the Hoi-An vibe.
