El personal súper amable y servicial. Muy buena ubicación.

Decent value-for-money hotel in a great location
Pros:

Booked a two room suite, it was actually much better than we were expecting. Two decent bathrooms, and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

No lift on ground floor but they were very helpful.

Pros:

Месторасположение во французском квартале, но чуть вдали от эпицентра.

Cons:

Фотографии создают чуть лучшее впечатление, чем в реальности. Номера очень маленькие и "уставшие", некомфортные в плане компоновки: к шкафу и тумбочкам не подобраться, туалет, душ, раковина это по сути один и тот же квадратный метр. Сантехника протекает.
На короткую остановку - ок. Если только ночевать

Pros:

Très bien placé dans Hanoi, proche de tous lieux d'intérêts et accessible en Grab. Le personnel de l'accueil est agréable et très serviable, à titre d'exemple ils nous ont gardé nos bagages toute la journée après le check-out. La chambre est agréable. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

Cons:

La rue extérieure est un peu bruyante surtout qu'il y avait des travaux de nuit (pas de manière continue mais par intermittence) mais c'est un peu partout pareil à Hanoi.

Das Bett war komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat kein Tageslicht. Die Fenster sind mit einer schwarzen Folie beklebt. Das Badezimmer ist schimmelig, es riecht nach Abfluss und das heiße Wasser reicht nicht für 2 Mal duschen. Die Terrasse kann nicht Terrasse genannt werden. Das Zimmer wurde nachträglich auf dem Dach gebaut. Man fühlt sich nicht sicher.

Hôtel propre et confortable avec un très bon petit déjeuner et acceuil exceptionnel de Simon le manager qui a été aux petits soins, hyper disponible, et nous a organisé selon nos besoins des supers excursions et tenant compte de notre budget.
L'emplacement près du lac Hoam kien est idéal pour visiter Hanoï car central (vous pouvez presque tout faire à pied). Je recommande cet hôtel.
