Awesome stay, want to come back!
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean, the motel is across the street from an awesome breakfast spot and right next to a delicious sub shop/dairy queen and a couple blocks away from the beach.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t open due to city permits updates which is understandable, but we weren’t informed beforehand until we had tried to go and it was locked.

The shower curtain liiner needed replacing. Inexpensive to do and not shower with mold.

Affordable comfort.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the location was great. Very helpful staff with great communication prior to our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

BIG DOG APPROVED AND LOVED IT!
Pros:

EVERYTHING!!! The location was perfect, the room was spot on clean, had everything we needed & so much room to move around in! Terri The wonderful woman who runs it is outstanding! It was our dogs first trip to the beach & my daughter first time at Oak Island. Our dog is an 80 lb Plot Hound, so he's big and the room size was so much better than I hoped for. Never once did we feel cramped or on top of each other in the room. Not even when the dog was laid out on the floor did we have any issues moving around the room. He especially loved the big window for he was able to look outside at everyone. We all loved it and will be coming back again!

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we couldn't of stayed longer. We went for just 1 night. But our next trip will be for a few days!
