Better than almost any motel I've ever been to.
Pros:

Super clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the beach.

Pros:

Check-in was easy, once I realized it was all through a link sent to my phone. No breakfast at hotel, but had a nice fridge and great restaurants near by.

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

Pool rules were not enforced. Kids jumping in the pool and people smoking and drinking from glass bottles. People outside our room talking and yelling most of the night. A very nice motel but,rules need to be enforced!

Clean affordable stay on Oak Island NC
Pros:

The property was clean and
Well maintained. Location was within walking distance to beach access and restaurants. When we requested additional items, they were delivered quickly. Rates were reasonable for a holiday weekend I would recommend this motel and will book again
