Pros:

Very spacious apartment, calm to the court, with balcony, clean. Bathroom a bit smaller but sufficient for two. All historic city centre in walking distance, very good connection to metro and the airport

Cons:

Online check-in worked but may be a bit complex for some people. Breakfast at nearby café only from 8.30. Maybe due to the weather conditions (rain all time) it was a bit humid in the apartment, air condition could not really warm it up. Only one cover on bed, may cause issues with two people. Kitchen only very basic equipped.

Great stay in Porto with cool design, easy access, and a fantastic location
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in this Porto apartment. The design is very cool, the location is excellent, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. The apartment was also easy to access, which made everything simple and stress-free.

Cons:

The only downsides were that the primary bed wasn’t very comfortable, as it felt like the springs were broken, and it would have been nice to have a throw blanket available.

Pros:

room is beautiful and location is really good.

Cons:

the Turkish bath that I paid extra for was not working from day 1. Waited couple of hours for stuff to come check it out and cannot be fixed within our stay duration. Was told I will get refund for it, but never get anything back.

Très bon séjour entre travail acharné et visites de Porto !
Pros:

Un appartement conforme aux photos, propre, vraiment bien situé, calme (bien insonorisé). Un très bel appart-hotel racé avec le soucis de la vieille pierre et pour un prix raisonnable.

Cons:

N’est pas hôtelier qui veut. L’accueil plutôt exécrable et le manque d’empathie est assez criant. Nous sommes vraiment dans la pure tradition de l’appartement hôtel totalement informatisé. Heureusement, le back office virtuel (je remercie Mohamed de son message) ratrappe les bévues de l’accueil. Adapté aux personnes comme moi, avec WhatsApp et des compétences linguistiques donc plutôt pour les jeunes mais inadapté aux personnes stressées qui ne sont ni douées en informatique ni douées en langues. Pour eux, un hôtel traditionnel s’impose, ils seront beaucoup mieux choyés.

Volveremos a Porto y a este alojamiento.
Pros:

Todo. Sitio perfecto ubicado para moverte por Porto. Era preciosa la habitación. Muy limpia y equipada.

Cons:

Estaba todo muy limpio, pero vimos alguna hormiguilla en el baño. Y que no hubiera una rejilla, balda o algo para apoyar champús en la ducha.

Not worth it. It’s perhaps better to stay at a hotel.
Pros:

The location!

Cons:

The room is dark and dingy. The online photos are edited with a significant saturation. There is not a single hook to hang a coat, let alone any facility to put out some clothes. So, if you want to feel like you’re living out of a suitcase in a big room, great!

It is an apartment hotel and yet, the kitchenette does not have a lick of soap! So one has to ask, how were the glasses cleaned, if at all?! Also, it’s supposed to be serviced, but serviced in intervals so how does that help with utensil cleanliness?!

The “Turkish bath” that’s located outside has no extra towels and again, in a damp environment and the lack of cleaning, one has to question how hygienic it all is.

Also, strangely, there were ants in the bathroom! I did not notice any in the kitchen or the room but something to keep in mind if you leave your toothbrush out!

Wonderful and centrally located stay
Pros:

Beautiful and really comfortable. Really nice to lounge around, comfortable seats. The bathroom was really nice and bed was spacious for two people. There was even a small welcome pack with some bottled water and snacks, and a pamphlet with suggestions on Porto places to check out. Also really great central location

Pictures are an accurate reflection of the property

Cons:

No major complaints but the receptionist was missing when I needed assistance with something at night (even though his belongings were still there). Would be appreciated if there was a contact number to reach the specific property receptionist, instead of the general customer help line
