The perfekt stay to enjoy and explore Porto! We defentlily come back and stay there!

The location where perfekt to explore this wonderful town! The typical Portuguese Feeling in this perfekt fixer upper old town House! Absolute amazing to stay there!

Lovely and perfect location

Cons:

The only drawbacks were:
The booking.com offered free pickup to Hotel from airport. However, it was a disaster when we had landed. The driver had some scheduling issues and so they tried to rearrange. But it took a good 45minutes. I had spoken to three drivers in the middle of pickup location where it was highly congested traffic trying to search for a driver. Not a pleasant experience for first time in Porto. However the driver that finally got assigned to me was very good even though he got the wrong address. Thankfully he was patient and friendly to bring my family to hotel safely.
Second, Getting the heater to work consistently. It just wasn’t working right even when we had reached out to staff. Therefore at night it was really cold when sleeping!
Third, there were always alot of water that flowed out after showering. It will soak up the floor towel very quickly. Need to have better way to seal the doors
Lastly the TV remote was very unresponsive. Maybe bad battery but it took awhile for it work

自分で全部する高級サービスアパートメント。
Pros:

広い部屋とどこに行くにも良いロケーションで近くにランドリーもあり。

Cons:

近くにある5つ星ホテルとほぼ同じ金額の滞在費でしたが、自分の期待が高すぎたせいか、残念な滞在でした。
部屋の掃除も4日に1回。それ以上に頼もうとすると€50くらいの金額を払わなきゃいけないし、タオルだけの交換も4泊中1回しかできないと言われてしまいました。
トラブルがあればWhatsApp経由で対応してくれますが、アパートメントに入るのに全てアパートメント専用のアプリを通してなので携帯の充電にも要注意です。
朝食付きで泊まりましたが同じ通りにあるカフェで朝食となり朝は早くても8:30からで、食べられるのはクロワッサンかパン数切れ、オレンジジュース1杯とコーヒー1杯...それだけでした。なので朝食をつけないで泊まることをお勧めします。部屋のコーヒーメーカーも、専用カップ2個しかない（滞在中それだけ）のでそれも注意。外に食べに行くことをお勧めします。
食器を洗おうにも洗剤もありませしんでした。高いお金払ってここのサービスアパートメント泊まりましたが、こういうものなのでしょうか...。かなり残念でした。

Goed bed maar verder niet aan te raden.
Pros:

Het bed was goed! Hoewel het aan de achterkant van het hotel heel rumoerig was (er zit een terras van een bar), sluiten de deuren en luiken goed, zodat je er geen last van hebt. Goed geslapen.

Cons:

We hadden een kamer met privé Turks bad geboekt. Deze zit echter op het balkon. Het ‘hok’ zag er vies uit en leek lange tijd niet gebruikt te zijn. Wij zij er niet in geweest. Niet aantrekkelijk en hoef je dus ook niet te boeken. Ook geen aantrekkelijk balkon.
We vonden de kamer heel groot, maar heel ongezellig. De foto’s zijn veel mooier dan de realiteit. Het ontbijt is in een zaakje eenpaar deuren verder. Je mag er slechts 1 kop (koude) koffie bestellen, 1 glas jus d’orange en je mag kiezen tussen droge toast of een heel zoet en droog croissantje. De dagen erna zijn we hier niet meer geweest terwijl we er toch voor betaald hebben. Een aanfluiting.
Wij vonden de (hoge) prijs van dit hotel niet in verhouding met de kwaliteit. De kamer was ook niet super schoon.

Pros:

We did not have the opportunity to stay at this property after it was cancelled by them fit maintenance reasons.

Cons:

They put us on the spot for suitable alternate properties. After the much cheaper alternate was not suitable and was cancelled and refunded to them we are still yet to receive a refund.

Pros:

Very spacious apartment, calm to the court, with balcony, clean. Bathroom a bit smaller but sufficient for two. All historic city centre in walking distance, very good connection to metro and the airport

Cons:

Online check-in worked but may be a bit complex for some people. Breakfast at nearby café only from 8.30. Maybe due to the weather conditions (rain all time) it was a bit humid in the apartment, air condition could not really warm it up. Only one cover on bed, may cause issues with two people. Kitchen only very basic equipped.

2房房型窗都在臥室有點可惜！4人洗澡水只夠2人必須隔天洗！太離譜了！這點就不及格！洗完澡ㄧ地水！也是必須改進！
