Loved our stay here, very friendly and helpful staff that made our trip easy. Room was nice and clean and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Friendly helpful staff - big rooms - fairly well maintained

Great property a little away from town but only 10 minutes on a scooter which they do rent. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful with information about the area and booking tours and travel tickets

Was a pleasant stay a little out of the way for eateries so need to cab to places Loan the receptionist was extremely helpful in organising transport & tours she also organise a lovely evening by the pool for dinner the night we arrived

Great spot to stay at, loved the pool and use of their rental scooter.

Hotel i udkanten af byen med fin have og pool. Der er lidt langt til alting. Hjælpsomt personale, men kun en person, der kan tale engelsk. Hun hjalp os via Whatsapp, da hun ikke var på hotellet den første dag, så der gik fint alligevel. Rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt.

Very nice hotel, veru clean, people are very welcoming. Located outside of the city. They rent scooter tough.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was very clean with lovely bed linen and soft white towels. However, we had to go everywhere by taxi as it is quite isolated so is not suitable for anyone without transport. Breakfast was mainly Vietamese with very little choice for western taste. We taxied into Tam Coc for dinner as there was nothing going on in the hotel.

Clean and quiet property. Not located centrally.

Central location with reasonable price.

The hotel is excellent. It's 1.8km from the town city and around 10km from Tam Coc. The town is very safe and well lit. We rented a bike and had no issues at all. There are a few convenience stores around, but you need to go into town for a decent coffee. The hotel manager is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast pho is superb. It is situated next to a field on a quiet road. It is peaceful and very clean. Highly recommended.

Overall Summary: 10/10, would definitely be my first pick again for Ninh Binh.

Staff, Service, and Friendliness: 100/10.
Wonderful, friendly and honest staff. They went above and beyond for us, giving suggestions, advice on itineraries, etc. Never felt taken advantage of and cheated.
At the end of my initial stay, we decided to stay an extra 2 nights, and they even moved all of our packed-up luggage and drinks for us to the new room.

Room: Excellent
Spacious, looks nice, clean. The furniture is modern and new, not sticky or tacky. Reminds me of a western style hotel room. Bathroom has nice facilities and a rainfall style shower, the deluxe room even has spa-jet things if you like that. Toothbrushes and combs included in the room.

Food: AMAZING! Made with love. Not soulless. Clean and safer than street food.
- Recommend--> Order the Do-it-yourself Viet barbeque and sit outdoors for dinner. Plates of delicious marinated, seasoned raw meats, with a little stonefire tabletop bbq pit. Very fun experience for the family. Would order again.
- The Food/dining is really good (I'm a viet-american) and reasonable price. It's basically a restaurant quality homecooked-meal, made to order, authentic viet food.

Location: Quiet, safe, peaceful. Located on the edge of city in the countryside, short car ride from downtown. Only downside is a dumb rooster from a nearby farm that likes to crow all day, but you get used to it.

Chau Son resort is a beautiful resort with European architecture, comfort and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean with upscale bedding/towel materials. Staffs were friendly and helpful such as lending us bicycles and transferring money for us to pay bus tickets. If we travel to Ninh Binh, we will stay at Chau Son resort again.

La réceptionniste était d’une gentillesse hors pair. Elle s’assurait que tout était parfait, nous aidait dans l’organisation, se montrait polie et aimable. La cour extérieur était favorable à la relaxation. Le seul hic, l’endroit est un peu reculé du centre.

Virkelig godt hotel rolig omgivelser. Sødt og venligt personale. Lin var virkelig hjælpsom og svarede med glæde på alle vores spørgsmål.
