Pros:

Hôtel plutôt central, à 15mn à pieds du lac Hoan Kiem et de toutes les boutiques aux alentours ! L’hôtel était très propre, la chambre spacieuse et le lit hyper confortable ! La rue est très bruyante pourtant on entend rien du tout. Le personnel était adorable !

Poorly managed hotel

Unfortunately I have stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. The first thing that was really unpleasant was the fact that I booked it 6 months in advance with the request of a window. When you enter the standard room there are 2 windows. One to the hallway and one in the middle of the building. So total darkness there is no natural light. I spoke to the receptionist telling her the situation and that we stay a long time and requested a window ahead of time. They could have told us when I messaged them that this room has no natural light so I would have not booked it. The receptionists were not helpful at all with changing our room and their attitude wasn’t the most pleasant one. Two weeks in a small room with no natural light is not a pleasure. It was cheap but not the cheapest for what they offer which is nothing. Breakfast was extra charge. The room is small and it lacks in cleanliness. We dusted the whole room ourselves because there was dust everywhere especially in the wardrobe. When telling the receptionists they didn’t even send somebody to help us with that. Stains on the bedding, there was dried mucus on the wall, the bathroom was a health hazard. No one ever cleaned the shower head it was full of dirt. The faucet was all stained same with the doors and walls.Housekeeping during the stay is non existent just making the bed. In two weeks that is not enough. The housekeeping trolley is always left in the hallway,the stairs are just storage for housekeeping stuff. There are drain flies everywhere. Even with the door closed they will land on the bed and pillows. We found them everywhere. The aircon is placed directly over the head so expect to wake up sick from it.Really bad experience from beginning to end.

Our family stayed at Keypad Hotel for three days and had a wonderful experience. Ms. Kelly and the rest of the staff were very accommodating, even allowing us to check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. Communication was easy since everyone speaks and understands English well.

The rooms come with complimentary water, coffee, and tea, which are restocked daily along with regular housekeeping. The hotel is also in a great location—close to popular tourist spots and surrounded by many dining options. Overall, everything was smooth and convenient, making our stay truly hassle-free.

Ικανοποιητική μόνο για 2-3 μέρες ή για να το κλείσετε για μέρες το ξενοδοχείο και να αφήνετε τα πράγματα σας και να μετα

Μόνο το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο και τα άτομα στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν εξυπηρετικά.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο με το που μπήκαμε ήταν βρωμικο και γεμάτο τρίχες στο πάτωμα και στο μπάνιο στο κρεβάτι είχε μικρα έντομα πάνω που μάλλον ήταν από κάτι λουλούδια που είχαν βάλει που επίσης δεν είχαμε ζήτηση.
Το Πρωινό είχαμε πληρώσει αλλά δεν φάγαμε εν τέλη στο μπουφέ γιατί ήταν διαφορετικές οι φωτογραφίες που είδαμε από αυτό που ήταν στην πραγματικότητα όπως και επίσης κοιμόντουσαν μέσα σε εκείνο το χώρο και δεν μας έκανε αίσθηση να φάμε.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung
Pros:

Lage ist super. Man hat alles was man braucht. Aber auch nicht mehr als das. Für eine Nacht aber völlig in Ordnung.

Cons:

Es ist verhältnismäßig teuer für das was man bekommt. Der Aufzug sieht schlimm aus, Flur riecht etwas unangenehm.
