Pros:

La chambre etait propre et bien équipée .
Personnel agreable.
Quartier Central

Cons:

5 etages sans ascenseur.
Il faut demander pour nettoyage de la chambre.
Bruit de fond certain a partir de 22h30 ,mais c'est supportable.
Quartier un peu trop chaud !.....bars bruyant , touristes sans genes.....
Pas de petit dejeuner

Good value, but too many stairs!
Pros:

Good value, great location

Cons:

To many stairs ( we are both 68) very small room.
Not as clean as other hotels in Vietnam.

Pros:

Excellent location in District 1, everything within walking distance: opera house, market etc. Cafes, food - just walk out of the hotel and everything was available. Very helpful staff

Cons:

Not very clean, we had to ask for a change of bedding, very uncomfortable high floors (even 5th), no lift

The staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly, organised a day trip for us also,.
Location was excellent just off walking street, room was clean and bed was big and comfortable, all in all excellent value for money, highly recommend!

Pros:

Best about hotel is location becose on walking street is to noisy all night and if hotels have windows to street side, hard to sleep. This hotel is on popular place but little inside small street, so is not noisy.

Superb Staff and Nice Cosy Hotel that is near to the attractions.
Pros:

The Staff are really Nice, specially Mr Van who helped me with the Sim card, Change of Room and Booking of Tour. He is really nice and helpful

Cons:

Level 4 is too high for me to climb daily
