Toa lét và phòng tắm đèn bị hư.. Ti vi ko găm điện được. Nứoc yếu.. Ko có dép đi trong phòng. Bọc nệm rách.. Đây là phòng ở tầng 4..còn các phòng khác mình ko biết..

Tiện nghi kém ( dụng cụ cơ bản như bàn chải đánh răng, dép trong nhà… đều không có mặc dù đã xin chủ phòng); địa chỉ villa khó tìm ( không có biển số nhà, chủ phòng thì không đặt bảng hiệu, định vị trên app gắn sai); chủ phòng rất rất rất khó chiệu trong việc hướng dẫn đường đến villa, yêu cầu trang thiết bị cơ bản hay thanh toán. Phòng có cảm giác chưa dọn sau khi khách trước đã ở xong.

Đường vào nhỏ, ko có biển hiệu, kiểu nhà dân sửa lại rồi cho thuê, phòng tắm nước yếu, toilet ko đèn, ko có dép, ko có khăn tắm. Ko xứng với giá tiền.

The room didn’t get cold. After 12 hours full speed of the air conditioning it was still too hot for us. The pool had algae, so there was not enough chlorine in it. The host wasn’t very friendly and we just spoke on the phone and never saw her. She didn’t answer to our messages.

building construction 20 meters from the hotel. We went into the room, opened the window and 10 workers at the same height were looking at us. The owners changed our room to the other side, but it did not have a TV and a sofa, like the one we booked. The hostess said that you can use the TV and work desk in the lobby. but in fact, the owners’ children are constantly watching TV in the lobby. It turned out that the owner’s family with 3 children lives in the next room, at 7 am the children wake up, scream, parents scream at the children, in general you can’t sleep. There is no cafe nearby and we were not offered breakfast. At first we were allowed to use the kitchen, but after we bought groceries and cooked breakfast twice, they said that the kitchen was not included and if we wanted to use it further, we had to pay an additional fee of 50,000 vnd for each time. We paid for 4 nights, left after 3. far from everything, accessible only by motorbike or bicycle.

The room wasn’t so tidy when I arrived. They don’t pay so much attention to details

Few issues, all easily fixable. 1) Ants in the room. 2) blood on the sheets (we told Moon and she changed the sheets straight away). 3) temperamental shower for hot water. 4) pool is green it is so dirty. 5) hair dryer and kettle supplied were broken/faulty.

If these issues were all fixed then would be a 10!

It was the the weather that wasn't any good😭
