Pros:

Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. Nous avions deux chambres une sur rue l’autre sur patio, patio qui s’avère en fait être le couloir d’accès aux chambres. Donc impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre, chambre en vase clos.
Les salles de bain sont très bien. La pression de l’eau est parfaite.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner correct, mais sans plus peu de choix européen
Nous avons dû annuler une nuit complémentaire et pas de compréhension de la part de l’hôtel, aucun petit geste commercial. Nous avons été débité.

Pros:

Hotel położony jest w pobliżu parku rozrywki Sun World Ha Long. To ładny obiekt urządzony w klasycznym stylu, oferujący bardzo wygodne pokoje. Niestety, w czasie naszego pobytu basen był w remoncie. Drobną niedogodność rekompensowały jednak bardzo obfite i zróżnicowane śniadania. Dojazd – podróż taksówką (przez aplikację Grab) do przystani, z której wypływają rejsy po zatoce Ha Long, zajmuje tylko około 10–15 minut.

Comfortable and pleasant…. Luxurious hotel.
Pros:

We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was very nice. Staff was excellent. Rooms and beds comfortable. Great location to beach and town.

Cons:

Pool area closed at 6 pm. At least we were told that. Could stay open later. On a hot night be nice to have a swim.

Lovely stay
Pros:

It was beautiful! Roof top pool area was great! Breakfast was very good. Lovely decor and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Property was great, BUT…a neighbouring property about 1km away was a beach bar and they played the music into the wee hours sooooo loud that it could disrupt sleep as the base was booming!!! Something should be done about this for the entire area! If you book a room, get one that faces onto the main road, not the side or the back! Then it will be a great hotel!

Gut für eine Nacht
Pros:

Ein sauberes und komfortables Zimmer, angenehme Dusche. Wir sind nur für eine Nacht geblieben, um morgen früh am Anleger sein zu können, dafür war es gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht, aber das Fenster ging zur Innenseite in den öffentlichen Flur, also unbrauchbar und man musste natürlich den Vorhang zum Sichtschutz zu lassen.
In der Gegend gibt es wirklich nichts, weshalb wir im Hotelrestaurant gegessen haben. Unsere Getränke wurden vergessen, dass Essen war relativ teuer. Auch beim Frühstück gab es nur wenig Auswahl und nur eine kleine Portion.
Wir fragten das Personal nach dem nächstgelegenen kleinen Supermarkt/ Convenience Store und sie konnten uns diese Frage nicht beantworten.
