Luxury with a small price tag.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, with lots of choice. The room was lovely and the jacuzzi bath was a real treat after many many hours of travelling. The roof top pool was a lovely touch, with a bar and gym that my friend appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel at all and it was well located, but Ha Long is a strange place with all the development that's going on.

Le personnel, peu aimable. Le restaurant où l'on vous parle à peine et le serveur qui se trompe dans la commande, la refait et la facture alors qu'initialement il dit que c'est gratuit suite à l'erreur

Pros:

We arrived late with the night bus from Ha Giang, so we stayed only a few hours. The receptionist was available to welcome us at 4 am in the morning, which was great!
The room was big, well equipped, clean. The bathroom was clean and with a very big shower with good pressure and hot water.
Breakfast was varied, both Vietnamese dishes and continental.
Conveniently located close to international port (half an hour walking, few minutes with Grab).
Would definitely return and suggest staying here!
