Great staff and value for money.
Pros:

Staff were attentive. Room was clean. The massage provided at the spa on site was excellent.

Cons:

The area of Ha Long is a bit of a ghost town. Some over development of the area resulting in many vacant builidings (not the hotels fault), therefore limited restaurants are available.

Elegant and comfortable
Pros:

Very elegant, clean and comfortable. Had a well equipped gym and spa facilities until late in the evening. Felt relaxed and enjoyed my stay.

Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous, low rate, fantastic breakfast. We were here for 2 nights following a week on Cat Ba and were pleasantly surprised re the hotel. The city is deserted unfortunately.

Cons:

Seems you can request a room further away from the beach area, as, yes, you can hear thumping from the music that seems to play every night. We had no problem sleeping, however.

Pros:

Erstmal ein Riesen Lob und ganz viel Dank an die Rezeptionistin mit Namen Vu Thi Nu. Sie hat jederzeit, zu jeder Uhrzeit ( auch wenn sie Dienstfrei hatte ) immer schnell geholfen. Ob bei Buchungen, Vorschlägen für Aktivitäten, Organisation zu einen Ligaspiel Fussball mit persönlicher Betreuung, egal was. Sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Super perfekt. 👍👍👍👍👍

In Summe passte soweit auch alles am Hotel.
Nervende Totalausfall der Englischsprachigen TV Sender wurden mit einem Voucher gut gemacht.

Kleinigkeiten.

So long Ha Long
Pros:

- Great hotel. Very nice pool and gym
- Staff very nice
- Excellent breakfast
- staff moved us into another room when we mentioned about the natural light which was very good and accommodating
- Shower was excellent

Cons:

- Very strange location. Down the road from beach clubs so quite noisy
- deluxe rooms don't have any windows or natural light which should really be specified on booking
- no map or indication of area and hotel is currently on building site so it's all a bit strange

Bel hôtel
Pros:

La décoration est très belle, la cambre était très grande et très confortable. Le personnel est aidant et offre un très bon déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

Malheureusement l’hôtel est situé dans un nouveau quartier qui, pour l’instant, n’offre pas un grand intérêt, les bon restaurants sont rare et très chers, alors que les restaurants de catégorie moyenne c’est de l’arnaque.

Great stay for 1-2 nights in Halong, but get front side room
Pros:

Lovely, bright and clean hotel with all the amenities, great service, and the breakfast was very good!

Cons:

Only draw back is the night noise of the constant boom of the base system at the beach bar about 1km away…it echoes throughout the complex until 2am on the weekends and midnight otherwise. Must ask for a front room overlooking the main road, and then it was no problem, otherwise it is a sleep nightmare!

Pros:

erste klasse hotel!! europäischer 4 sterne standard!!! alle angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. zimmer luxus und großzügig. zum frühstück gibt es alles und mehr.
