Ha Long - forgotten city
Pros:

Brand new and very high standard hotel. We were very impressed by the standard of hotel considering the city of Ha Long itself. Strong recommendation to stay and see this "ghost town".

Pros:

This hotel is at the best 5 star level. Brand new and very well looked after. The room was spacious, super clean, super comfortable with all the amenities of a 5 star.
Great bathroom, nice towels.

Nice stay
Pros:

Very nice location, clean and comfortable spacious room. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Bedding was cleaning as well as the bathroom. Shower was very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast is not bad, but could definitely improve on quality of products. No options for tea (only black tea).

The rooms are all lit with white halogen lights, making it less cosy and less warm.

The food served at the restaurant for dinner is not what is shown in the pictures. Although mentioned on the menu, quite disappointing as it is a whole other dish! Soups are the same price as a main course and feature in main course on the menu, but the portion is very small.

The hotel was excellent first class, the same as any top class hotels in London, it was in walking distance of the beaches and about 15 minutes drive to the port. The hotel can order a taxi and it comes in minutes we paid 200,000vietnam dollar.
