loved but wifi bad

The room consisted of two beds and a bathroom. When we arrived the room was warm. The air conditioner is too small to cool the room.
We only had 4 towels for the week for 4 people.
Overall, the room could have been cleaner, but it served its purpose for us for the week.

Worst hotel experience of my life. We walked in the door to find a cockroach in the room. I ran to get toilet paper to capture it, but the roll was empty and I had to open a new package. Fine, I caught the roach, flushed it, and then noticed a smear of what could only be feces across from the toilet. My husband was trying to calm the children down, as they were upset and crying in the parking lot. Out daughter has a shellfish allergy, which includes cockroaches, so we couldn’t possibly stay in that room. Messaged the hotel through the app as there is no office on site. Got no response. Called hotels.com and asked them what to do. They contacted the property but got no answer. We rebooked another hotel and later received accusatory messages from Sea Foam Suites asking for pictures of the feces and cockroach. Since I didn’t stop to take a picture, they won’t offer a refund. When our trip concludes, I will be contacting the health department and filing with BBB. This should never have happened, but the worst part is the failure to make it right.

The most amazing things are the little things...beach access across the street, free parking, ground floor to room access... a great coffee shop a few doors down, all kinds of great restaurants up and down the street. A great rate for a quick getaway to enjoy some fun in the sun!!!!

Old motel. Not a “suite “. Need to condition the space ahead of time! Checked in at 530; wasn’t comfortable until after 1am. Parking lot is ridiculously tight. It was clean to be fair.

2nd time here, and I’m sure there will more stays here. Checking in is easy as pie, check out as well. Sea Fiam is close enough to all the things in PCB, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet.

This is my second and last time to stay both stays I have found that it is not clean, the bed sheets were disgusting, and hair was left in the shower from a previous tenant .

Decent if you’re on a budget. However, it was not the cleanest. We ended up buying our own bedding/pillows. The plumbing was not great in the bathroom. That issue finally resolved on our last night. No hand soap in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was not strong enough to connect to the TV.

Was able to cook our dinners and our breakfast is there so that was very convenient

The room was very nice, the only issue I had was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Would definitely stay again.

we asked for toilet paper but never got any we bought our own.
the fridge is small and the kitchenware is limited

They claim to be pet friendly but nothing could be further from the truth. Their pet policy is flat out ridiculous and overbearing. Rooms are extremely small with no room to hang up your clothes. The antiquated key system is hilariously inadequate. Don’t waste your money - get a real motel room!

After making reservations, i was contacted by text from one of the property managers..very friendly and helpful.answered all my questions. After arriving to the motel. I was instructed to use the keyless entry to my room. That afternoon i was leaving to meet a friend for dinner and i couldn't get my door to lock. So i reached out to the text number and got no response, thank God that there was a housekeeper doing laundry and she was able to help me. She had the code for the lock box so i was able to have a key.
Room was clean and had just about everything i needed. NO BUGS !..
Sheets on the bed were nice and soft, bed comfortable.
I will probably give this place anothet try.
Hopefully management, will make sure texts are received and returned promptly.

The Seafoam motel staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted! The property was beautiful and you couldn’t beat the view. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The seafoam deserves more than 5 stars! If you come to PCB , stay there!

The pool closed one morning, next thing the entire property's plumbing was backed up. Our room had water coming out of the toilet and the shower. The two rooms on either side of us had similar problems. Customer service wouldn’t text or call back for extended periods of time. After three hours of waiting around customer service finally answered (after I’d reached multiple times over three hours, we were notified a plumber wouldn’t be out there until the next day. we had to pack up and book another hotel Because the smell in the our room, and the rooms around us was terrible, we couldn’t breathe. Getting a refund was difficult and took me reaching out multiple time. Then we didn’t get a refund of all of the days we had remaining on our stay, so I had to reach out more to finally get this.

Great little place ...parking hard and nobody in person to talk to was a pain.great location

Nice cozy hotel right across from the beach. It was quiet, and the room was very clean. We extended our stay one more night , and it very easy to do. Would definitely stay there again!

Unfortunately a pipe broke or something the room beside us shower flooded our room .fyi there is no staff to speak with in person so no way to change rooms that being said it was a nice place for someone on a budget but wants nice .they were very willing to apologize and make right the situation wouldnt mind staying again if there .ps take curtains lol only has blinds sun up at 5

We loved our stay at the Sea Foam Suites! Pretty clean, next to the beach. We stayed in a studio, there were signs that referenced available dish ware in the room, but we didn’t see any. There was a coffee machine and single slice toaster, but no coffee, no cups, and no bar/hand soap in the bathroom. So, not perfect, but comfy beds and great location; certainly well worth a visit, and we’ll be back next time we’re in PCB.
