Comfortable stay and generally had everything we needed.
Pros:

Clean, modern and lovely views. Management team Teresa went over and beyond. The hotel ran out of baby cots, and she offered alternative options, also checking in on us during the stay to make sure our needs were met.

Cons:

A little far of a walk from city center.
Rooms were a little on the small side.
Restaurant service turnaround for dishes coming out was slow.
Pool seasonably closed despite not being an outdoor pool?

Great quality hotel, adequate for purpose,
Pros:

Great hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms with marvelous views, excellent varied breakfast. The staff is courteous and willing to assist. Overall value for money.

Cons:

Although the reception staff was friendly and fine, not all of them commanded the English language reasonably, which resulted in a wrongly addressed invoice. The promise was made to resend the invoice through email, which was done but attached was the same wrong invoice as the original. A follow up email from me to redress the situation has not been answered. That is disappointing.
