We made a mistake with our booking and a rude staff member answered the after-hours number was
Pros:

The bed was very uncomfortable. Cheap foam mattress, not a proper coil sprung. Pillows where cheap and you couldn't fluff up.

Cons:

Needs double-glazed windows and doors. Highway traffic noise kept us awake intermittently throughout the night.

A very comfortable stay at a lovely hotel.
Pros:

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Berry View. The room was beautifully appointed with a sink, fridge, crockery etc. There was also a communal kitchen with a microwave and additional utensils. The bathroom was lovely with a rain shower and plenty of towels. It was a short walk into Berry for dinner each night. The room was very quiet despite being close to the main road into town.
