The property is conveniently located to the train and many locations of interest. It a clean and affordable place to stay
The room we had, the hot water was not working however they gave us a 10% discount.

Location was perfect
In the room there were two bedside lamps with three globes in each. Only one globe was working. There was another floor lamp again with only one of two globes working. Seems trivial however only being able to use the main lights was uncomfortable as it was too bright when in the room in the evening.
The cleanliness of the carpets in the hall ways was poor as well. It looked like they only vacuum once a week.
Very clean, good location, friendly and accommodating staff
One of the rooms' heater was broken. It was fixed but not communicated properly.
Location was very handy. All necessary things were there.
No housekeeping was not a problem except i noticed the moisturiser was empty and i ran out of milk for tea. Would love some herbal teas for night time.
The vanity in the bathroom is very low and basin small so when you turn on the tap the water squirts everywhere. A taller vanity and basin would be better.

We stayed one night. We were charged twice for parking. The gentleman fixed that up. But when home nexr day checked card noticed amount taken for the one night stay. No problems there. But there is another similar amount pending on the card. Which should not be there. The account has already been paid. Please rectify and notify us. Thank you.
Reasonable price in a convenient location for the hospital
St Kilda Rd is a complete nightmare. Staff are not that friendly or welcoming
