Very comfortable
Pros:

We had a double/ shared rooms, they were great. Nice and clean, spacious. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The restaurant that is connected to the oaks, told us we couldn't order any breakfast because the chef was too busy to cook our meals haha

Great location, had a great mel in your restaurant

Cons:

Would have loved to have been able to turn the ceiling mounted television around so that it could be viewed whilst sitting on the lounge. As we stayed for 5 nights and did not request our room to be serviced, we would have loved some addition coffee and milk servings.

Nice room clean good value,close to hospital.often stay here if I can.but this time had an issue with the hot water.

Cons:

The hot water in shower wasn't hot luke warm,kitchen boiling hot bathroom I don't know what was going on 3days had cool showers,complained about it nothing done said ok,maintance man mustn't know hot,cold,4th day had to pay higher price for room weekend but got another room,finally had a nice hot shower.I didn't like the 3rd degree about no one else has complained about hot water as if I and my daughter were lying.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, love the gym, restaurant great, great coffee!
Pros:

Loved the gym, the restaurant. I want to compliment the staff member who took care of my friend and I at the restaurant - she had a lot of multitasking to do and was exceptional. On duty I think Mon 27 Jul. She is exceptional.

Nothing to complain about!
