Great place to stay!
Pros:

Great kitchen to make your own breakfast! Easy checkin/checkout. The 'no housekeeping' was a good option to keep the cost down.

Cons:

Room was a little cave like, but didn't really matter. An outdoor table and chairs would have made better use of the balcony.
TV channels very limited.

We stay there all the time when we are visiting Melbourne. The staff are amazing always go over and above. And are so welcoming. Nothing is ever too much.
