Overall a lovely stay, would stay again.
Pros:

The balcony, how clean it was, big room, comfy bed, the ability to make coffee in the mornings.

Cons:

Could do with a little more cooking equipment, utensils like a knife for slicing and a spoon.
Wifi was unreliable which made it difficult to work online.

Convenient and good value. Close to tram stop.
Pros:

The location was very convenient for a medical appointment. The room size and facilities were better than I expected for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The coffee making facilities in the room were not easy to use. The coffee supplied in the breakfast buffet was not very nice. It could have easily been better.

Pros:

Great location, 20 mins to kilda beach and really easy to jump on a metro into town! Good sized rooms too with comfy beds and cooking facilities.

Cons:

We stayed in a room with a kitchen unit but no pots/pans were provided.

Very comfortable & clean. Friendly helpful staff. Great location.
Pros:

Great location with easy access to tram into city. Very kind & helpful staff. Had good meals in the restaurant on ground floor and room service. The studio apartment was very comfortable, clean with lovely views. I had everything I needed. Would stay again. Secure parking was appreciated.

Cons:

The staff member at the front desks explanation around payment method was really confusing. While navigating this they also took two phone calls which I found unprofessional, especially as it should have been obvious that we were stressing about the payment method explanation.
