Good all but the workmen starting work outside my window

Works were being done on rooms so half finished grrr
Gaps in the flooring I cut my feet on them so had to have something on your feet at all times queen bed you could feel the springs in mattress I had planned this holiday with my sick grandaugbter we moved up the road

No Wifi and No air con. These are two key pieces of info to note about the apartment we stayed in. Plus a hard to find check in location. In February it was difficult to cope with the heat even with ceiling fans.
This property is little better than a backpackers with probably slightly less amenity.
Pluses: pool is fine. V close to Surfers Paradise and beach. Overall would NOT recommend this place

This was the worst place I’ve ever booked in my life. I immediately felt unsafe. It was like a rundown crack house with people tweaking outside the room doors. It was actually horrific. I immediately left and booked another hotel. I could not run out of there fast enough.

This place does not look like it photos. It has quiet a bad smell and the place looks like its falling apart. Its really run down.You have to go to Aloha apartments to check in and its $30 to use parking which there is no mention about. I would never stay again but the location is great.

This was a very last minute booking. So I was grateful to get the room. Bed was comfortable. Linens and towels were clean. The apartment /room itself could use a little tlc but besides that it was a comfortable place to stay.

Booked more than 2 weeks ahead. Requested a refund, but they refused (despite ample notice in advance).

Would not recommend this accommodation at all.

Hôtel vieillot et une chambre ancienne. La climatisation ne marchait pas. le sommier du lit mériterait d’être changé. cependant, l’hôtel est quand même bien si tu es en centre-ville de Gold Coast, ce qui fait son atout majeur

Great location cheek in confusing, old building

Off-site check in is a little inconvenient. Bed was really comfy.some fixtures in need of repair or replacement. Close proximity to light rail is great

Felt like I was hanging out with people who lived in housing

The room was nice, clean and had a nice view.

We booked last minute on Australia Day and were pleased with the room, few things outdated and could do with a pest spray
