We don't normally stay at Best Western's, but I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness!
Pros:

The room was absolutely spotlessly clean. I spilt something on my dress and the lady on reception happily got me some dish washing liquid so that I could clean and rinse it before I went out. I took it back and she asked how it turned out. She went above and beyond! The hotel seemed to be family run, which we loved. It's also in a great spot for the Queen Victoria Market.

What a Gem
Pros:

Location and price.
Very helpful staff.
Very clean. Very new looking rooms.
It's a 200m walk to Queen Vic Markets and the free tram stop.

Cons:

Like a lot of motels ventilation in the bathrooms are limited.
But staff were happy to supply extra towels.

Pros:

I know I paid for it, but I got in very late and slept through. Unfortunately I can't review.

Cons:

Not much. Wasn't there long enough to complain. The 10am checkout is a touch early. 11am seems a bit more normal.

Pros:

The staff were friendly very helpful. The location was great. The room.had everything we needed and the beds very comfortable.

Cons:

The cleaning was lacking. Our beds were made, rubbish removed, and new towels provided. However, the bathroom floor wasn't vacuumed, and the toilet wasn't cleaned.
