Pros:

Location was good - close to restaurant, market, transport. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was nicely renovated, had everything you need for a short stay.

We booked quite late for 1 night during what turned out to be a busy weekend, what with the Grand Prix and a long weekend in Melbourne, neither of which we were there for. It did explain the higher than usual price for the room.
We'd never stayed in this part of Melbourne before and we absolutely loved it. So quiet and cute, yet only steps away from the hustle and bustle, easy walk or free tram ride into the city. Bed was very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, room very clean and great shower pressure. We'd definitely stay again. Thank you!

Cons:

The only down side were the fixed privacy (or sun?) slats on the outside of the windows, which meant you couldn't look outside and felt a bit enclosed. We were on level 2, facing towards the back and away from Capel St. I don't know if all rooms on that side are the same, but worth asking if you think it would be a problem for you.

Convenient
Pros:

The event at the Queen Victoria Market that we attended, the Motel was right around the corner, the next street, so that was great.

Cons:

The room was tiny. Only big enough to fit a bed in, which we weren't expecting.

The lady that welcomed us to their Motel, wasn't very welcoming,so that made us feel uncomfortable, but the gentleman, the next morning was very nice.

Znakomita lokalizacja bardzo blisko ścisłego centrum a w spokojnej okolicy praktycznie zerowym ruchem wieczorem

Cons:

Dostać się do hotelu to jest kłopot za duże automatyki i techniki recepcja czynna bardzo krótko. Poza tym jest to trochę droga opcja bo byliśmy ją na ostatni dzień pobytu po to żeby mieć bezpośredni dostęp do samochodu bo to jest ważne że przy Hotelu jest bezpieczny parking na ulicy tak żeby się przepakować z walizkami
