El trato del personal. Son amables y hacen lo que pueden con los medios que tienen.

Cons:

Las camas son pésimas. El colchón es finísimo, se clava cada muelle y el somier de tablas. Y las almohadas exactamente igual, son planas.

The receprionist was amazing very very helpful.

Cons:

I had booked a pet friendly room but when we arrived i think they had not actioned that request, the room we were given was not very comfortable with twin beds rather than the requested double, I understand that accidents happen however our dog is house trained. The room smelt rather like a kennel.
