Zentrale Lage entschädigt für sonstige Unzulänglichkeiten
Pros:

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof

Cons:

Kein einziger Kleiderbügel und Möglichkeit diese aufzuhängen. Nachttisch und Lampe fehlt.
Im Bad keine Möglichkeit für cosmetic- und Hygieneartikel abzustellen.

Sehr schön und kurze Wege zur Altstadt.
Pros:

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Natürlich ist es vom Bahnhof her lauter, aber das weiß man ja schon bei der Buchung.
Für uns nicht relevant, aber für andere Gäste vielleicht . Man kommt zwar mit dem Fahrstuhl in die richtige Etage, aber im Flur zu den Zimmern sind noch einmal 5 Stufen, was für Menschen z.B. mit Rollatoren schwer zu händeln ist.
Der Balkon hatte ab dem frühen Nachmittag genug Schatten.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, auch ein Ventilator war da ( während unseres Aufenthalt war es in Passau sehr heiß).
