Großes Zimmer, großes Bad Küchenmesser und ein super Bett.

Leider kein Becher zum Zähneputzen.

Super Lage, mega bequemes Bett und vom Verkehr bzw. Bahnhof gegenüber hört man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts .

Cons:

Beim Duschen läuft in Zimmer 303 das Wasser sehr schlecht ab

Tolle Unterkunft , lädt ein zu einem längeren Aufenthalt

Unterkunft war toll. Modern und ein tolles Bad

Cons:

Leider waren Haare im Bett. Eine Anleitung für den Türöffner Code wäre praktisch. Ich wusste nicht , dass ich den langen Code zuerst eingeben muss.
In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage für das Duschgel

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof (direkt gegenüber) war es in der Wohnung sehr leise.

Cons:

Die Wohnung wirkte etwas abgewohnt.
Das Bett war sehr fusselig, das Geschirr in der Küche war staubig und teilweise noch dreckig.

Pros:

The location is excellent -- just across the street from the railway station, close to the city centre and to the university. Room #303 has a view of the cathedral ! This is a no-frills accommodation with no service at all. But you get a well-equipped kitchen, it's clean, your waste is taken care of, and the next supermarket is just 100m away. Incidentally, so is parking, with a day rate of just 6 Euros.

Cons:

Not much really. You need to manage your expectations and buy your own food. Do not expect to dial room service in the night. No bar, no wellness, no nothing.

Emplacement au top
Pros:

Emplacement vraiment top ,en face de la gare et bien placé pour visiter Passau à pied. Chambre / immeuble très calme et propre.
Les codes d’entrée pour accéder au logement me sont parvenus en temps et en heure par mail et sms

Cons:

Seul petit bémol qui peut embêter certaines personnes : il faut envoyer une photo de votre carte d’identité ( pour ma part j ai mis un filigrane par sécurité) et un selfie.
Petit raté avec les draps : propres mais de vieilles tâches incrustées. L’employé s’est excusé et a pris des photos.

It was good.
Pros:

Centrally located. Short walk to the city.

Cons:

It was a misunderstanding about the front door code since I requested an early check in I wasn’t aware that the pass code will not be emailed till 1500hrs. Had to contact the service center.
