The Room was very cold!
Pros:

The studio is new and well furnished. There was tea and coffee available.

Cons:

The floor heating was not turned on. I arrived at 17:10 there, the room was cold. I turned on the floor heating, but by 4:00 in the morning it was not warm enough! I left the apartment at 05:30 in the morning. I spent the night with a jacket in bed. There was no extra blanket.
There is only one electrical outlet near the bed for the bedside lamp, there is no other outlet to charge your phone.
I didn't like that I had to scan both sides of my ID, take a selfie and send it to them online.
If I had known this in advance when I made my reservation, I wouldn't have chosen this place. This information is missing from booking!

Super Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Passau.
Pros:

Prima Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthat in Passau. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Das Appartment bot alle Annehmlichkeiten die man auf einem Kurztrip benötigt.

Sauberes, ruhiges Appartement in guter Lage.
Pros:

Lage direkt am Bahnhof und fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Bequemes Bett, trotz Lage am Bahnhof ruhig. Alles sauber und ausreichende Größe.

Cons:

Der Code wurde nicht vor 15:00 Uhr ausgehändigt, obwohl wir eine Anfrage wegen früherer Anreise gemacht hatten. Eine Möglichkeit zur Gepäckaufbewahrung wäre von Vorteil.

Lage und Aussicht

Cons:

Ich würde gern für Januar wieder buchen, allerdings ist es wohl sehr schwierig bei Limehome direkt zu buchen, die Zahlungsmethode ist eine Katastrophe und bis man die Rechnung dann endlich mal bekommt dauert es auch … bei booking überhaupt kein Problem, aber teurer???
