Good, but deceptive amenities (parking).
Pros:

Simple clean apartment. Just what we appreciate when transiting to our destination. A bed light would be nice.

Cons:

What was definitely a big disappointment was the parking. Especially in cities we know this can be a problem, so we selected a property which advertised WITH parking (Parking garage even!). But no such thing. And being close to the station the parking situation is difficult.

Pros:

Das Appartement war modern, ansprechend und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Die Küche war sehr vollständig ausgestattet, so dass ich wie zu Hause kochen könnte.
Das Bad war schön und modern.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Fenster wäre ganz gut gewesen.

The Room was very cold!
Pros:

The studio is new and well furnished. There was tea and coffee available.

Cons:

The floor heating was not turned on. I arrived at 17:10 there, the room was cold. I turned on the floor heating, but by 4:00 in the morning it was not warm enough! I left the apartment at 05:30 in the morning. I spent the night with a jacket in bed. There was no extra blanket.
There is only one electrical outlet near the bed for the bedside lamp, there is no other outlet to charge your phone.
I didn't like that I had to scan both sides of my ID, take a selfie and send it to them online.
If I had known this in advance when I made my reservation, I wouldn't have chosen this place. This information is missing from booking!

Super Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Passau.
Pros:

Prima Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthat in Passau. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Das Appartment bot alle Annehmlichkeiten die man auf einem Kurztrip benötigt.

Toll ausgestattete Küche. Sehr sauber. Parkplatz nicht weit entfernt vor dem Mühlenbäcker und Bahnhof für 6€ je 24 Stunden.
