Pros:

Para nada cumplió las expectativas de un hotel que cuesta $600 USD la noche. Mal servicio, tenías que buscar por múltiples medios al personal del hotel, no respondían, las instalaciones viejas, sucias, maltratadas, nunca regresaría

Cons:

Included Breakfast was excellent.But the dinner menu was limited to mainly Italian Pasta. We would have preferred something more Mexican.

Love this place, the small scale and location make this a true gem. Staff are super friendly and make the best cocktails

This was supposed to be a luxury resort and a treat for us mid trip. The staff tried their best and we did not complain

Pricing policy for a single night extension inflated to normal week end rate when we were almost the only guests of the hotel. Not accepted and we moved on.
Beyond the properties control but sargasso grass build up on beach made water almost inaccessible and there was a strong unpleasant odour.

Pros:

This property is magical. It offers a serene, tranquil, and beautiful environment to relax. The beach is amazing. The entire property is peaceful, charming, and welcoming. The staff is professional and incredibly attentive. It is truly wonderful and just what we needed after a week vacationing in Merida. Kudos to the staff for making this such an incredible experience.

Cons:

While the hotel is in a nice location, the customer service really changed our experience. We were promised a refund for our night because of a hurricane, but then they changed their minds and didn’t communicate clearly about it. We kept asking about the situation, but we got different answers each time, which was really frustrating. Not only did they share different solutions each time, ranging from a refund to just credits, but they were also rude while communicating.

On top of that, the food wasn’t great at all. We expected better support and clearer solutions, but instead, we felt let down. This experience has made us think twice about coming back or recommending it to others.

La experiencia fue maravillosa, ubicación bonita, comida deliciosa, atención en general excelente, sin embargo por el costo del hotel los blancos (específicamente toallas piscina/playa) estaban viejas y machadas. Fui a festejar mi cumpleaños y no me preguntaron si festejaba algo en especial, me hubiera gustado me lo preguntaran y al menos un detalle en el desayuno o en la habitación como en otros hoteles del mismo costo. Por todo lo demás fue una estancia agradable.
